The company was acquired by 2Quip Corp in Q1 2025. 2Quip is an AI rental software company that has deployed its platform and AI features to support the rental marketplace. They now have a dedicated rental coordinator supporting every transaction when booked. Great support and customer service.

I’ve been trying to reach someone about the app but there is no contact information. I sent a insta message so hopefully someone contacts. No one is reachable

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT EVEN A NUMBER TO CALL.

No customer service I booked 400$ rental and then the owner canceled but there is no way to reverse the payment. Also it charged me in full at the time of the reservation, with no way to reverse payment. Now I got to call my bank what a joke they could have a good thing going here but can’t help stupid!

I want to love it i want to like it but customer service is nonexistent. i rent out 2 mud mixers and have specific questions and there is no number or email to call. ill try here.

1. when customer does not click the check out button on the app, or the check in equipment. do i still get paid? ( today customer returned my equipment that he rented for 5 days, he never clicked on the check in or check out, I checked in and checked out the equipment via the app)

2) if customer rented for 4 days and wants to extend the rental to 7 days, does he pay the 7 day rental fee or is it multiplied one day rental x 7 days?
also does he have to return the equipment to add the additional 3 days or can he somehow extend it from the app?

3) if someone rents for one day is that 24 hrs or that day? will he get charged extra if he keeps it longer like 26 hrs or 27 hrs?

4) does someone have to be there to physically check in and check out equipment (im trying to make it as seamless a possible)

5) i want to charge a $150 cleaning fee if equipment is brought back with harden concrete on it. how do i do that?

6) how do i see my review, or rating how do i review customers or see their rating?

those are just some of the questions, have more.

Very easy process to list my equipment! Listed a pull behind grill, table saw, fishing kayak, boiling pot, bike rack and generator! Awesome side hustle to earn extra money!!!

Easy process from start to finish. Better pricing than local rental stores, and would much rather rent from a neighbor. Love the idea and ease!

Just got paid $2200 from Rent My Equipment for renting my Bobcat Skid Steer out. Soooo exiting especially right here at Christmas time. I just listed a few months ago and this was my first rental but who would have ever thought I would make that kind of money by basically letting someone else use it. Everything went well. App was relatively easy to use but I'm just so pumped. Christmas paid for!!!!

I don’t have much storage space where I live but love the outdoors. Found a fishing kayak on the app and was able to rent within a day to enjoy for the weekend. Incredibly easy process and definitely will be renting again!

My wife and I sold our home and needed to move quickly. We rented a trailer on Rent My Equipment for about half of what it would have cost from a big box rental store! I'm not terribly tech savvy but this site is easy to use. The gentleman I rented from lived far closer than the closest rental store so it was a win-win. I highly recommend Rent My Equipment!

Had my first rental and it was an overall great experience. The RME app is awesome and user friendly. I was able to rent my snowblower quickly to a snow removal company that had one of their blowers breakdown. Win win for both of us.

I have been in the construction business for 23 years it's all I've done since my time in the military. Being a small business it's too costly to buy equipment for use occasionally. Rent my equipment makes it easier to do those occasional odd jobs. The website is intuitive and makes renting easier. I've used the sight a number of times and had a very good experience.

Rent My Equipment is a great app. The app is easy to use and the rental process went smoothly. Best of all I got some extra holiday cash. Will definitely use Rent My Equipment app again in the future.

Rent my equipment is a fantastic company. I found it so simple to list my equipment and rent it. I have made hundreds of dollars and all my equipment came back safe and sound.

Found the app on Facebook. Logged on to the app. Rented a carpet cleaner. I was able to pick up same day on the way from work from the owner. It worked perfectly and returned back to the owner the next day. Well spent $10. Will use this app again!

Rented my 16’ extension ladder to a gentleman that I assume was cleaning gutters or taking down Christmas decorations through the Rent My Equipment app late January. The app was very easy to use and the rental procedure was flawless. I simply coordinated pick up of the ladder with the party and left it in my driveway before leaving for work. When I arrived home the ladder had been returned in the same condition it left in. It was a one day rental and the following day Rent My Equipment electronically deposited my earnings (75% of the rental) in my bank account. I’m extraordinarily pleased with my first rental experience and am anxious to do more. Great app, great experience, and extra $$$ for me & my fam.
