We had a excellent experience at CP Hart with Jai. The showroom in primrose Hill is wonderful for inspiration and ideas, with lots of differing styles to choose from.
The service was top notch. Jai made the choosing and ordering process smooth and efficient, right through to delivery. I would not hesitate to use this company for my next bathroom project !

Excellent aftercare service
We had an electrical fault in our mirrored bathroom cabinet and within 24 hours of sending our photographs and issue, a resolution was found.

Fantastic customer support. Great knowledge on a multitude of fittings and in my case able to identify and supply parts on a fitting of over 30 years old. Always have helpful tips on how actually to make the replacement as well. Could not ask for better

Peter the delivery man was excellent
Peter, my delivery man, was great and he carried the shower tray I ordered to my front door, which was above and beyond. CP Hart has the best products but can only do pavement deliveries, which is difficult if you live alone. You need to watch out for that and make sure you have someone to help carry in the stuff you order.

All in All, Excellent
I dealt with the Muswell Hill store and was incredibly well looked after by Neeta. Extremely knowledgable and clear with her correspondence, delivered with a friendly personable manner. The delivery was exactly on the day asked for and the two guys delivering - Peter & Ian - were again very congenial and helpful. The order was exact without any damages or omissions. All in all excellent.

I found myself with a plumbing dilemma…
I found myself with a plumbing dilemma and needing to get a part and advice asap.
First I called Muswell Hill showroom and Nina was so helpful.
After I called Aftersales and a gentleman called Chris was so helpful once I had forwarded photos. He advised my builder and proceeded to order a necessary part.
CP Hart is a little more expensive but that is because it is quality.

Excellent customer service
Mandy Davies, Customer Service Consultant was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. I had purchased a sink which was not opened until months after purchase, only to find it was too big. Despite it being outside the returns timing, Mandy allowed me to return it, and purchase an alternative. Pick up and delivery were excellent, with full communication between the delivery team. I would highly recommend using CP Hart.

Overall weeks later than promised, poor communication and the delivery was a shambles. I don’t think they realise that locations other than the Greater London Area are not rural backwaters. Will never use them again

Thank you for your recent feedback. I am very sorry to read that you were dissatisfied with your experience. As Head of Customer Services, I wanted to contact you directly regarding the concerns raised.
Having reviewed the order in full, I can see that the basin ordered through our website was advertised with an estimated lead time of 6+ weeks. The item was subsequently delivered shortly after this estimated timeframe.
However, I fully acknowledge that the final stages of the delivery process did not meet the standards either you or we would expect.
Unfortunately, there was an error on the part of our logistics partner which meant the originally agreed delivery date could not be achieved, resulting in the delivery taking place one day later than advised. I appreciate that this will have caused inconvenience and frustration, and for this we apologise.
I also understand that you spoke with members of both our web and showroom teams earlier today. Whilst I appreciate how frustrating delays and delivery issues can be, our colleagues always try to assist and resolve matters as quickly as possible.
We remain committed to maintaining constructive and respectful communication on all sides so that we can work together.
I have attempted to contact you by telephone this afternoon and have also sent a separate email, as I would genuinely welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and see whether there is anything further we could have done.
