Irreführende Bewerbung der Produkte, hohe Kosten für Retouren
Es wurden 3x3 airfit f20 maskenkissen für ca 180 eur angeboten. Sowohl Im warenkorb als auch in der bestellbestätigung befanden sich dann auch 3x3er Packs der Maskenkissen Geliefert wurde jedoch nur 1x3er pack. Der Setvice berief sich dann darauf, dass es klein in der Artikelbeschreibung stand. Aus meiner Sicht ist die Beschreibung jedoch irreführend und arglistig, denn es wurde suggeriert, 9 Maskenkissen zu erhalten. Insgesamt sind dann 3 Maskenkissen auch ca 100€ teurer als bei Resmed selbst. Immerhin wurde die Ware zurückgenommen, jedoch wurden bei der Rückerstattung 17,52€ für den Versand ( der bei Bestellung kostenfrei war) einbehalten. Auch den rückversand nach Bulgarien musste ich selbst tragen, ca 15,00€, sodass mir ein Schaden von 32,52 € entstanden ist. Verbuche ich als Lebenserfahrung, allerdings unnötig.

Zunächst möchten wir uns dafür bedanken, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, den Fall so klar und vollständig zu beschreiben. Ihre Rückmeldung hat uns geholfen zu verstehen, wo das Problem entstanden ist und warum die Darstellung des Produkts für Sie irreführend wirken konnte.
Wir haben den Fall intern geprüft und daraufhin sofort Maßnahmen ergriffen. Die Produkttitel und die Beschreibung wurden bereits angepasst, damit für zukünftige Kunden klarer ersichtlich ist, was genau im Lieferumfang enthalten ist. Auch wenn der Hinweis in der Artikelbeschreibung vorhanden war, verstehen wir, dass die Darstellung im Warenkorb und in der Bestellbestätigung missverständlich war.
Nach weiterer Rücksprache mit unserem Management sind wir außerdem zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass es in Ihrem Fall nicht fair war, die Rückgabe strikt nach unserer Standard-Richtlinie zu behandeln. Aus diesem Grund haben wir Ihnen zusätzlich die einbehaltenen Versandkosten erstattet.
Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und den Aufwand, den Sie dadurch hatten. Ihre Bewertung war für uns wichtig, weil sie uns geholfen hat, einen echten Fehler in der Darstellung zu erkennen und zu korrigieren.

Would definitely recommend using…
Would definitely recommend using CPAPStore.eu. We were a little nervous buying from a supplier online - havingrented for years from a supplier in Ireland, and had the sales rep come to our house whenever needed - we were reluctant to lose that service. But the cost of monthly rental was just too much when a new machine could be bought for the same price as 8 months rental. We dealt with Dimitris who was incredibly prompt in replying to all my queries, And very helpful when we spoke on the phone. He advised us on what to buy - and even what to not buy as he told us we did not need to buy a mask and hose etc. we could continue to use our existing one - so no hard sell going on, which we really liked. Very good company, very professional, and nothing was a problem.

When traveling to and around Europe
When traveling to and around Europe, had a CPAP part that needed replacement. Unable to arrange purchase or delivery on Amazon, found CPAPappstore.eu it was very easy, and they shipped it to the hotel in the next city I was going to. Problem solved!
