The history or sleep stages do not work. When I go to permissions, it is grayed out and cannot change anything.

Zero customer service or support. Call the number, recording that repeats and never allows you to speak to a person to get answers. Contact support, we will get back to you within three business days, Never happens. Multiple contact emails sent over the past seven months , not one email, not in junk mail, not in the inbox. No repaponse whatsoever.

Ok, so my machine was prescribed on NHS. Within 2 weeks the screen on my Airsense 11 will no auto turn off.
Not good quality at all. Now I have to mess around with contacting NHS for a fix or replacement. Not what you want as adjusting to CPAP is hard enough.
For the price they charge quality should be better. Research shows this is not an isolated incident

You say you get a better sleep. This is a crock. It's like a wrestling match and sometimes I throw this piece of garbage across the room. All I do is fix the mask so that I can breathe which is almost impossible because is it moves a bit the air holes don't line up. Totally fed up with your junk.

Had f40 was first my first mask. Used it due to insurance reasons for my 21 out of 30 for month. Was horrible experience got my time with it for insurance. Guess what I got less sleep then I was getting before. I had buy it complaint multiple times about fit. The nostril piece kept sliding in front of my nose can I breathe? Guess what can not get help with new mask. Complaint was multiple times with a 30 day. Period but no trade. Store to help me has emailed résumé said I didn’t meet their standards. But I did not good products. Then I tried what are the F 30 X with a nose pills that worked twice. And then on the elbow on the top leaks by horribly more about it and he wants to do anything. So how can I trust your company? The products like this.
I guess in Australia quality doesn’t matter

I ordered a LARGE f20 headgear, low and behold it is nearly identical to there std headgear. As anyone that wears a XL or XXL baseball cap, knows that a med or large does NOT fit. I guess RESMED does not understand that ! The circular part at the top of the headgear is IDENTICAL in size, that is where I need it. The straps were 1/4" longer, so when I strap the mask down, my tail piece is 1/4" longer, serving no purpose.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received regarding my recent purchase of supplies. The box arrived damaged, so naturally, I opened the packages right away to make sure nothing inside had been damaged during shipping. While doing that, I realized I had ordered supplies for the wrong machine.
The supplies were never used or installed—I contacted the company simply hoping to exchange the opened but unused product for the correct supplies or receive a refund. Unfortunately, I was told that because the package had been opened, they would not accept a return or exchange.
I understand that the company has a return policy, and after going back to the website specifically to look for it, I did find the disclaimer. However, my frustration is with how that policy is communicated during the purchasing process. The restriction is buried toward the bottom of the Shipping/Returns information and was not something that was clearly brought to my attention when I placed the order.
For a policy this restrictive, I believe it should be communicated much more prominently—during checkout, on the order confirmation, in the shipping email, or even with a notice on the package stating that opening it makes the item ineligible for return or exchange.
Had I known that simply opening the package—even without using the product—would make it completely non-returnable, I obviously would have been much more cautious. I understand that I ordered the incorrect supplies, but I was disappointed that there was no willingness to work with me on an exchange for an unused product, especially considering the circumstances in which the package was opened.
Clearer and more transparent communication about this policy would have prevented the situation entirely and would make for a much better customer experience.

Have been very happy with my Air Curve 10 until a week ago when it started squeaking. Took it in today and turns out the warranty expired two weeks ago. Normally I receive a text from my supplier. It came today. Resmed offering no help whatsoever.

We purchased our Resmed travel cpac about 16 months ago. My biggest complaint is the head strap. It is weak, small and insufficient. It slides around my head which is very uncomfortable. If I lay still it is tolerable, until I had enough and take it off. I called the customer service and asked about a better option. The response was there was no other option. Would I recommend spending close to 1,000.00 on this product? I would have to say no, not until they come up with a more efficient head strap.

The Resmed 11 is crap. Had the 10 for years with no problems whatsoever. The 11 is a massive backward step and I would not recommend anyone to waste their money.

Very difficult to order right part to air mini. For me it looks like they do it on purpose. If not they could make dedicated sections on there page for accessories for air mini. It would not be to difficult. I dont now how many time i have irder wrong part for my air mini. I will not buy any more machine from Resmed. I will not recommend Air Mini for anyone.

Good equipment, but lousy customer service.
My CPAP was heating too much and cracked my containers every 6-7 weeks. Sent it back, returned saying they had fixed it. Same problem as before.
Sent it back, and they returned it to me saying nothing was wrong with it.
Also impossible to reach them directly, had to go through the distributor where I purchased it.

Dont buy from Resmed.
Their support is just terrible.
I just tried their Support here in France' they just did not give a shit!!!

Very money hungry, did not offer any services with my CPAP subscription, and even getting replacement magnets was a huge ordeal.

Ordered the chin strap, what a waste of money. Doesn't do what it's meant to, just slips off. No way to leave a review for the product on the website. Ordering was easy and delivery ok.

April 4, 2026. Changes have been made that are horrible for customers. Resmed has cut out customer service and made re-ordering accessories much more difficult and expensive. I quick message to Gemini revealed that the company is switching entirely to manufacturing. To get supplies at all (or at a fair price), you have to get all your records from your prescribing physician and then apply for membership in yet another part of the health care bureaucracy. If you can do this successfully, then you can order from this new entity. Again, look at Gemini for info and explanations. Needless to say, all these changes were made without notifying long-term customers. I will never use Resmed again.

My wife couldn't wear the CPAP after getting it home. The store where we purchased it and ResMed won't refund our initial payment of $181.25. My wife only tried the mask on, she never used the machine. What a rip-off.

Poor company. There never call You back. Always have excuses. Switching company's asap.
