We purchased an Audi Q5 from Elliot and everything was extremely easy and very transparent from start to finish. We travelled from Glasgow to Kendal for the car and it could not have been easier. Every email we sent with a question was answered promptly with everything we needed. Every stage of the purchase was explained thoroughly with nothing hidden. We were in and out of the dealership within 1 hour. Great to deal with and would highly recommend.

Mark helped me purchase my new Chery Tigo 7 with the price range and budget that I felt comfortable paying. Although the car was delayed ( not fault of his own ) he provided me weekly updates and by the end was probably sick of me chasing. We are very happy with the new car and would purchase the PHEV/ more technical model in the future but for now the model we went for suited what we were willing to spend. The backseats feel very spacious even with a newborn car seat and another isofix they don’t feel cramped and the dog also happily fits in the boot. Although some features that you would expect are missing for a techy car ( you can get with the summit ) we knew that going into the purchase and I believe it is similar across other Chinese makes

Wish i could give a zero. Very low trade in offer for a almost immaculate vehicle and i was buying a 30K car off them i then i sold it to another dealer for £2500 more. Aggressive tactics used to make me part with over £14000 to retain the vehicle or they would sell it even though i had put a £1000 deposit on the car, in all a horrendous experience at Cox Group Blackpool.

2nd time I have ordered a car from here and the 2nd time the overall experience has been woeful! The communication is terrible, calls never get returned, emails go unanswered. I have now cancelled the car. Avoid if you expect any level of customer service at all.

Bought a New Honda Civic from George at Lancaster Honda .
He gave me adequate time to assess sales proposal and we ended up negotiating at deal that was good for all parties.
He made sure that everything that we agreed was carried out without any issues.

What makes us return to this garage time and time again? It is the polite, respectful and friendly service, and helpful advise which is never pushy, ultimately achieving to find the right car.

I picked up a car on 7/5/26 and was totally underwhelmed with the way I was treated. I was left to picking sticky covers from screens and doors. The salesman turned the car on and practically ran back into the showroom. From there I drove to a supermarket car park to watch a YouTube video about how to turn the car off. The petrol hybrid had 30miles of fuel in the tank and the battery was charged to 14% despite the handover sheet saying it should be charged to 20% or more. Since I received the car there are several different noises which nobody has explained to me. I contacted the dealership the next day to provide feedback. The car was definitely not prepared for pickup despite me waiting for over a week since it arrived at the dealership. before pick up. As of 29th May I am still waiting for my calls and voicemails to be returned despite also visiting the showroom. Considering the terms of the lease and the deposit required I am amazed, angry and disappointed about the way I have been treated. The only saving grace is a salesman who took the trouble to connect my Apple CarPlay after 2 visits to gain assistance.

Andras was very easy to talk with and eager to meet any expectations. He gave up several hours to make sure that my test drive was thorough. He clearly loves working for the company and speaks highly of the staff and vehicles. Thanks for your help. Stuart

Excellent service from Andras at Cherry Kendal from start to finish. Andras took the time to explain everything without any pressure. Andras arranged a test drive for the very next day. Throughout the whole process Andras has kept me updated and has made the whole process completely stress free. I would highly recommend Andras at Cherry Kendal to anyone thinking of buying a car.

Staff were very friendly, courteous, patient and understanding. The friendliness and working together of all staff makes a very pleasant atmosphere in the showroom. Nothing was too much trouble as they made every effort to find us exactly what we wanted.
