Me and my husband were looking to buy our first car together. We looked on Google for car sales Southport. It took us to this sales team. We were greeted outside by Tom, who was friendly and easy to deal with. He found us a variety of cars within our remit and we picked our Kia.
It was an easy process and Tom explained everything well. It was a great experience.

Great service from start to finish from Nathan when buying my daughter’s first car. We even had some fun with the reveal. He was reliable, engaging, knowledgeable and always delivered when he said he would (which you don’t always get from car dealerships).

Jay, Blackpool Honda, was exceptionally helpful when I went in Friday to find out about trading in my folks car. Streets ahead of a previous dealership where I bought the current car from. So incredibly blessed! Can't wait to fetch the car in the week.

Staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We didnt feel pressured into anything. Forecourt and salesroom was clean and tidy. We were offered refreshments. We had our dog with us and they were very welcoming to her too!

Overall experience was very good. All the staff were very helpful especially Tom Flynn. He was exceptional. A credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I was very impressed with his professionalism and manner.

Elliot provided all the information that was needed on the updates to the new vehicle and Mike, as usual was around to continue the excellent buying experience we have had over a number of years.

I have been a customer of Cox Motor Group Blackpool for many years and have purchased many cars used and new from them. I have also had my cars serviced there and I particularly like the video they make of the service outcome and findings which they send to you. Shout out to the service team. Buying and negotiating for any new car can be stressful but I have found the sales staff to be patient and friendly. My latest purchase was fraught with supply and delivery complications but Jo sorted it all out where we were both happy with the outcome.
