I placed an order on April 3rd and to this day (June 9th), I still haven’t received it. The package has apparently been stuck with PostNL for weeks. I contacted the company multiple times, and only after my third email did they finally reach out to PostNL (something I cannot do myself, as PostNL requires the sender to initiate the investigation.
Since May 27th, I have received no updates whatsoever. I’ve asked for a refund or another solution, but the company has offered neither. At this point, I’m left without my order and without my money. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I bought a cover with personalization. After 15 days of usage, the personalization has nearly disappeared. I contacted customer service, and they did not admit that it was a problem with the product. They claimed this happened due to the "type of material used". What do I have to do with the cover? Should I leave it in the box?

I placed an order for a new phone case in Mid-March and knew that the process takes a while, but got curious when it had been over a month. I contacted them, and was told a product was out of stock so it has only now gone into production, so it will be another 15 days plus delivery as it is coming from Europe, and provided me with a discount code for a future purchase. I asked for a refund, as after this much time I would prefer not to have the case and the money to buy a case elsewhere, but was told this was not possible as production has already started on my order. I then asked for a partial refund and they kept responding, we don't do refunds. I'm disappointed as I had NO communication from them, had to chase for information and am still no closer to having a phone case or any compensation that wouldn't mean spending more money. It feels as soon as I messaged them they started production on my order and that is why I can't get a refund, but if they had informed me of the delay and given me the option that would have been better customer service.
