Month turnaround and not as pictured
I didn’t receive my phone case until a month after I ordered. I ordered a color variation that said in-stock online and then I was notified they sold out so I had to choose a different color for my case and customization. I chose the rose case (pink) with beige lettering. The beige lettering is not how it’s pictured online (off-white, it’s definitely gold). Overall just not what I ordered and I had to wait a month to receive it.

Please note that, as this is a handcrafted and fully personalized product, the production time is approximately 15 business days, to which the shipping time must be added, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We understand the wait may have felt long and we truly appreciate your patience.
As for the lettering color, we use artisanal materials which, depending on lighting and the surface chosen, may appear slightly different from the images online. Please note that the photos on our website are not of the final product, but rather virtual previews intended to show customization options. We are currently working on updating these images to better reflect the final appearance of the product.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Placed my order 7/18, as of 8/17 my order is still "in transit" but has been sitting with no update from the carrier. I contacted Coverlab multiple times for an update with no luck. They eventually reply with the tracking number (I already had) not helpful. Then I requested a refund to which after multiple ignored attempts, they finally responded and said for me to contact the courier myself. This is atrocious. I ran a very successful ecommerce website and this is not how you handle customer orders that are lost or delayed or whatever the issue is. Horrible experience, I will never shop this site again, do not waste your money.
Update - 8/21/25 Seeing Coverlab's false attempt at resolution below in their reply, here is the actual email from their most recent reply to my inquiry and request for help: "Thank you for contacting us.
We confirm that the only information currently available to us is that which can be found at the link we provided. For further details or more specific updates on the status of the shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly. We remain at your disposal for any further assistance." They suggest to reach out for help, but keep pushing the issue off onto the customer and the courier when the responsibility is theirs.

I tempi d’attesa sono stati perfettamente rispettati e sono soddisfatta dell’acquisto perché di ottima manifattura. L’unica pecca è che non rispetta l’immagine che compare sul sito, la cover sarebbe dovuta essere tutta arancio invece presenta il bordo di protezione delle telecamere in nero, sarebbe stato preferibile tono su tono o bianco come il sistema MagSafe.

Extrem schlechte Qualität
Extrem schlechte Qualität, nach weniger als einer Woche abblättern der Farbe. Kundenservice war echt frech! Mir wurde vorgeworfen, ich hätte das Handy mit Hülle rücksichtslos behandelt und das vegane Leder sei ja so hochwertig. Dabei benutzte ich es lediglich im normalen Alltagsgebrauch. Es ist komplett billig hergestellt, blättert einfach jeden Tag mehr ab. Jede Amazon und H&M Case hat bei mir länger gehalten. Ich würde wirklich jedem von diesem Kauf abraten. Zudem war meine Bestellung einfach falsch. Falsche Farbe der Initialen sowie ein anderes Case orangene Knöpfe an den Seiten die nicht meiner Bestellung entsprachen und auch nicht auf der Website nach personalisieren zu sehen waren!! Dazu kam natürlich auch die Ausrede, die Hüllen könnten abweichen da sie personalisiert seien. Komischerweise entsprachen die Initialien meiner Freundin wirklich der Farbe die ich auch bestellt hatte. Dem hinzuzufügen waren die goldenen Initialen des einen Cases einfach verschmiert. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezessionen, aber da ich selten einen so schlechten und frechen Service hatte, kann ich Coverlab wirklich null weiter empfehlen! Eher warnen (mag für den ein oder anderen übertrieben klingen, aber) wenn man sein Geld nicht rauschmeissen möchte und sich in seiner Freizeit mit einem respektlosen Unternehmen herumschlagen will. Selbst der eine Stern, den man vergeben muss ist einer zu viel und schmerzt.
