I ordered 2 pairs of shorts as I was unsure about sizing, neither fitted so I contacted their helpline and exchanged/reordered some more without any problem whatsoever. Tracy was the lady I spoke to and I must say how helpful she was.
Would use again

advertised item at low price then cancelled order as they say someone put it incorrect. surely they have to honour price advertised on there web site.....

I have purchased many items from them as have all the golf society I play with and never had any complaints I will continue to use them

Like a lot of others it cost me £7 to buy items from this company to find there sizes are unrealistic and the goods are of poor quality, I’m convinced there products are factory seconds sold as quality products.
I have now purchased twice from this company and had the same issues. There won’t be a third.

was very sceptical owing to some very bad reviews about ordering from County golf.
My experience was exemplary ordered on the Friday night arrived following Wednesday midday standard delivery.
Goods were as described well packaged and great value saved about £40 on new golf shoes . Did ring for tracking no for the parcel and was immediately told where and when no problems

I contacted County Golf as I'm looking for some golf shoes. I found I pair and after reading other reviews on here I asked them if the shoes come with a Warranty. I got a reply (promptly in fairness) to say they has a waterproof warranty. I then asked what they do if the shoes split or the sole comes lose as I have had this happen to me before. I then get a reply back saying that this is unlikely to happen. I then went back and advised them it can happen and it has happened to me so what would they do if I needed to return these shoes if there was an issue with them. The email back told me they would need to be sent back to UA "to see what they say". I can only agree with some reviews on here that if you have an issue with a product you buy from this company getting a satisfactory outcome at the end is either unlikely or a very long drawn out process.

Purchased a label golf polo shirt intended as a gift. It arrived fairly promptly but although a 'designer' label it was poor fabric with a faulty seam at the back. I returned and explained the reason expecting my return postage to be refunded along with the cost of the shirt. I only received the cost of shirt minus their delivery postage. I was told that their'team' had examined the shirt and decided there was no fault! I should have taken pictures to prove my point but I assumed wrongly that it was an ethical company and would operate within the law. Its a shame because I have purchased from them previously with no problem. I will not purchase from them again.

I have just received a pair of golf trousers. They are very poorly made and full of creases. I don’t understand how anyone could send out clothing in such a state.
I will be returning at my cost , I will not be a returning customer…….

This company needs to review which carrier it uses to dispatch its products. I received an email stating the dispatch of my order with Parcelforce 48. It took 5 "working" days to be delivered. It arrived ripped open with contents hanging out, luckily, nothing was missing. This order only had to travel 7 miles!! from Mirfield to Bradford!! .Recently, although there is no current industrial action delaying delivery, postal services have been sporadic at best, and estimate we are only receiving delivery services from Royal Mail, 3 to 4 days out of 6. Maybe add click and collect or alternative carriers as a way to improve service.

Beware if you need to send any item back, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE. You will be at least £7 out of pocket. THEY DO NOT REFUND THE POSTAGE.
Correct sizes of items is very hit and miss. I bought a top size M, it actually measured XL.
Quality is not very good.
I will definitely not be buying from CG again.

Avoid this company if you can, delivery charges of £3.95 and return cost of £8.95
, total loss of approx £13 for incorrect sizes described on website. Won’t bother to buy anything in future.

Avoid this company unless you know which size you are for specific brand.
Ordered usual size, way too small, on phoning them they admit, yes that brand does run smaller, no indication on site about this, no opportunity to leave a review. Now £7.50 out of pocket in postage costs which could have been easily avoided had they actually cared about customers…

Great value for money but sizes are a big problem.

A total rip off. Got charged for shipping and as it says hassle free returns on the website I thought the returns would be free. As the clothes I bought are too small, I now have to pay for returns. Not shopping here again.

Extremely cheap clothes with all the quality.

I recently ordered two polo shirts based upon the size measurements on the site they had a chest measurement of 45 inches. When they arrived the chest measurements were 40 inches. I returned the items and expected my postage to be refunded as well as cost price. They informed me the shirts measured 45 inches on return and refused to refund my postage. I am no longer a customer.

Can't fault County Golf. Have bought several items of clothing at great prices from them. Never had a problem and no issues whenever returning goods due to incorrect sizing etc..

Ordered a Calvin Klein polo top in size small.
It was huge , more like XL.
A lot of faffing around filling in forms to return and cost nearly £4 to add insult to injury!

Will not be a returning customer

New ordering process and the information required , my date of birth ? is time consuming and cluncky especially if you forget your password then have to reinstate it then the item you have originally ordered disappears and you have to start the process all over again

I have been using County Golf for the past couple of years with total satisfaction. The website is very user friendly with good accurate information, the products are good value for money and they arrive as promised.
