I bought two pairs of cotton PJs for my wife for Xmas. They are absolutely gorgeous! My wife is delighted. The quality and design is really good. Compared to others real value for money. Both pairs came together in one post bag labelled cottonreal on the outside.
Would have been better for me if i could have opted out of having the company label on the outside and i would have paid more for gift wrapping but otherwise as perfect as you could get.

Beautiful pijamas and gowns made from a very good question cotton. Highly recommended

I ordered four things by internet in November 2020. The service was excellent, fast and careful. My questions sent by e-mail were answered very clearly, and the information was very helpful. This is the third time that I purchase things from CottonReal, and I definitely will do it again. Very recommended for those who like natural clothing of good quality.

I was very pleased with the Cottonreal pj's I ordered as Birthday & Christmas gifts. They were great quality & good value for money. The website also had lovely designs to choose from. The order took slightly longer than usual due to the pandemic however the customer service team were quick to get back to me & helped keep me informed. When I did receive my order it was beautifully packaged. I would definitely recommend using Cottonreal & look forward to shopping with them again.

Beautiful dressing gown. I have been looking for a long time for one of these. I can' t use belted ones as one of my arms does not work. Its warm and looks pretty.

Superb service - faulty item refunded (with postage) straight away. When I ordered replacement, this was sent out with a complimentary pair of bedsocks. I also got an apologetic phone call. If only big companies provided service like this! Thank you Cottonreal for looking after this customer so well.

This company sells pure cotton nightwear. It’s hard to find pretty nightdresses and pyjamas all cotton. I have bought several of these now over the past couple of years and would thoroughly recommend them. They’re not cheap but you get what you pay for.

If you're thinking of buying a Christmas gift from this company, then please look elsewhere. I decided to spend a little extra on a nightdress as a gift for my mother and what I thought would be better quality than the high street shops. However, I was very disappointed with the fabric, it was hard and definitely not worth the money. After emailing customer service, who took a while to get back, they basically didn't want to know and said "we are unable to take this matter any further at this time." I ended up buying a much better quality one from John Lewis for cheaper. Overall a very bad experience.

For the past 30 years I’ve been wearing Celestine batiste nightdresses. They are now so expensive that I was thrilled to discover your beautiful products at a fraction of the price. The quality of both fabrics and designs are outstanding. I’ll be buying more as Christmas presents for my girlfriends.
They come up quite large, so it might be worth trying a size smaller than usual.

Beautiful quality - I also like that its 100% cotton (a sustainable natural fibre) and you can tell as soon as you wear it. I got the nightdress and robe which has been brilliant in the warmer weather as it breathes and keeps you cool allowing for a better nights sleep. Washes well also.

The products I ordered arrived punctually (seven days to Italy).
The quality is excellent. The designs of the two nightdresses I ordered are exquisite and just as in the photos.
I will certainly buy again from them.
A nice touch was to find a personal, hand-written thankyou note inside the parcel.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THE SIZING OF THE CLOTHING ITEMS IS ALL WRONG AND ALL DIFFERENT, WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE FAULTY SIZED WRONGLY THE COMPANY KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DO REFUNDS FOR THEIR FAULTY GOODS. THEY CONNED ME OUT OF £100.00 POUNDS BECAUSE OF THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING SIZED ITEMS, AND REFUSED TO REFUND.
