I have a number of pyjamas from here and have generally been happy with them.
One pair developed a small hole in the leg after only a couple of wears so I contacted customer services.
Because I could not remember who got them for me, they were a gift prior to pregnancy, they were unwilling to help me.
It’s a shame that poor customer service has now stopped me from buying here any more.

Edit - they were not sent out with a hole - as per my original email the hole developed after I think the second time of wearing them. Given I have had them for a couple of years but only just fit into them post baby it seems unreasonable to request I recall who they were from and exact date..!
The top is still unworn, new with tags - the bottoms worn twice and now not wearable anymore. To request a replacement of obviously faulty bottoms is not unreasonable. Thanks

Sadly i had to return my nightshirt as my normal size was a bit too big, 14/16 i reordered the next size down 12/14 perfect with room. Also picked up a right bargain.

It is as advertised. I'm pleased with my purchase. The fit is good, the colour is as shown on pictures. I took a chance with this based on the pictures and fitting guide and I now have what I wanted and delivery was day earlier than expected so another little bonus.

I’m so pleased with my wool, it’s my second order and I shall be ordering again soon. There was a delay with the delivery but I was kept updated and even phoned.
The wool is beautifully soft and I love the colours too.

The cotton lawn pj's were beautiful, fabric light, design gorgeous and fit just right (I am between size 8/10 and size S was just right, not too roomy but not snug either).
Paid for the next working day delivery and received them in less than 24 hrs (on a Saturday). Brilliant service.

Always keep coming back to Cottonreal for my nightdresses even though I am on the other side of the world. Can't seem to find the quality and design for my plus size here. Even during covid it took less than 2 weeks from ordering to delivery.
