Thank you . I have now found your response to my email of 19 August and I look forward to receiving my new pyjamas.
I have no idea where my order is . I realise it could take a while to get to me as I am in Australia but I have no tracking and I have had NO response to my request to Cottonreal for help.

I have checked the status of my recent order with Cottonreal and your system states that there have been no orders in the last 24 months . This is not reassuring because i certainly paid for an order with you in the you last fortnight. (SEE BELOW)

Ms Goodwin, as advised, we track all international dispatches until they are delivered and can advise the following information is currently displayed on Auspost: "This item may take longer to arrive than usual. Limited flights have caused delays for some international deliveries."
International delays are still sadly an occurrence due to Covid flight restrictions and outside of our control.
Your order was dispatched on Aug 9th the day after it was received and an automated dispatch email detailing the tracking reference emailed to the email address supplied when ordering.
Given all of the above we feel a 1 star review is not warranted and therefore request you update and edit your review.

Great service
I recently bought a beautiful robe that was too big and needed to exchange for a smaller one, I was so impressed with the service I received, I returned my parcel to cotton real on Tuesday and by Thursday I was wearing my new ( correct sized one) will definitely be buying from cotton real again in the future

This night gown made my sister very pleased. She was delighted with the fabric, the size and the style. Nice quick delivery and a fabulous choice for other gifting ideas and styles, young and old. I am quite amazed not to have found you before. Maybe it's a well kept secret.

I was looking for qood quality cotton…
I was looking for qood quality cotton night wear after been diagnosed with peri menopause. This was when I found cotton real. I ordered two pjs, and even though I live in Ireland, they arrived in a few days, I was very impressed. Then I tried them on ! The quality is fantastic and they are so comfortable. I love them so much I immediately got back online and ordered two more!!
