Do not buy this item. First it came in a plain white box, no Cosari name anywhere. That was my first hint. My razor worked well but after 3 months it stopped charging. The customer service responds quickly but it is always someone different and the best they will do is give me a 25% refund. This is not a reputable company. Beware.

I believe this website is engaging in scamming and fraud. They misrepresent the product and make it sound like BEST PRODUCT X by a certain brand name, for a pretty high price, and then when you check the product number on the back of the device, you get a random product by different brand names with very low prices out of China.

Scammer company, do not buy from this company.
I bought a mask which quickly became faulty, after receiving numerous emails to say ‘wiggle the cord’ to get it to work, I asked for a replacement and all has gone quiet.

Do not use this company. They are a total scam! They have fake reviews and totally false advertising. I received a terrible nub brand headset you can get on amazon for 69 dollars. They charged me 232 dollars in the pretence that it was a good headset, they even removed the nub logo off their pics. The headset is cheap with such crappy audio. Total scam!!!

Absolute con website as everyone else has mentioned. Bought the headset, which had been advertised at $460 RRP, on sale for $230. Product arrived as a NOBEO G06 headset which can be purchased for $50 on Amazon. After asking to return the product for a refund, which their website states they will provide a shipping label, they refused to do so, even after admitting their policy was misleading.
Ended up getting a 60% refund, and keep the headset, but the still made their money and I paid over what this junk is worth. Took the refund as it was cheaper than express posting back to overseas, which would have cost me more than the actual cost after refund.
Avoid at all costs. I should have been more careful.

I have told Chris Cosari, via email, that I never received the epilator that he insists was delivered to me September of last year, 2024. After dozens and dozens of emails back and forth, he still tells me they are researching it and will get back to me as soon as they can. Now they say they have refunded my PayPal account which is a false statement.

MysteriouslyI have received communication from people named Chris, Mark, Clint, & Joanna. They all seem to have the same communication style, so I am wondering if this is one in the same person.

I have told them that I have contacted our New Mexico State Attorney General and also the US Attorney General, but it doesn't seem to faze them.

Share all of these comments with everyone you know & to post on their Facebook pages as well. If I receive a refund, I will post a formal retraction here & on my personal FB.

I ordered the Cosari Epilator. when I received it I read the directions which clearly state that it does not remove hair by the roots which is what an epilator is supposed to do. I have tried to return the item but they refuse to provide a return label and will charge a restocking fee. It is obviously a bait and switch scam. After repeated emails they offer a 50 percent refund and keep the item. I do not think this is acceptable. If you order this beware. You will not get what you pay for and they will not refund you without you having to bear the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee

Order the led mask it arrived without adapter , after 45 days it malfunction. Contacted the company they offer to refund me 20% of the $299.00 I paid .Cosari wants to charge me for restock the mask if I want to return the malfunction mask. I returned the mask by UPS and they refuse to accept it. I advised UPS to redeliver and after that they refunded me $270.00 instead of $299. It cost me $50.00 to ship the mask back to them. I do not trust Cosari at all buy them at your peril. They have another company call cosari.com they all own by the same people.
At this time my credit card company is still waiting for their reply about the rest of my refund.

Ordered a premium headset from Cosari. They sent a cheaper, completely different model (NUBWO G06) worth almost half the price. When confronted, they refused a full refund unless I paid a restocking fee and return shipping — both illegal under Australian Consumer Law when goods are misrepresented.

Weeks of copy-paste replies, zero accountability, and stall tactics designed to wear customers down. This is a textbook bait-and-switch scam.

Avoid this company unless you enjoy paying top dollar for knock-offs and fighting tooth-and-nail to get your money back.

Bought a headset for 150 dollars was a 33 dollar headset on Amazon could tell it was shit since I first listened to the sound quality done buy from the sight it just prices thing 5 times their original value and has fake sights and reviews

I brought this item on a whim , then the first reviews I came across were negative so I decided to cancel my order. Really wished I had gone ahead with the order and tried the product. Refund was in my account within 3 days and was taken in GBP , definitely not a Chinese scam or Japanese as reviewed by someone else. Great customer services

Total scam. Do not buy. I spent $150 for a Cosari Gaming Headset and they sent me something by a company called NUBWO with the model number G06, which you can get on Amazon for under $40.

Don’t buy from here .. rip off send you something you can get on Amazon for £30 .. I paid £116 thinking I was getting a good deal as it was reduced .. steer clear .. lesson learned

This site is a scam. I bought a 'cosari headset' for 149.00 and they sent a Nubwo G06 headset that is on amazon for 38$. Do not buy anything from this site it is just extremely over priced crap.

The Cosari LED Face Mask did not work for me. After several weeks of use, I notified the company that I wanted to return the mask for a refund as per their website which says it can be returned within 90 days, "no questions asked." They did not like me wanting to return it and would not give me a return address until I answered their QUESTION of why it did not work for me (even though their website says no questions asked). They then waited awhile to respond with a return address. Once I got the address (they will not provide a return label), I mailed it immediately (to Florida even though their USA address is Sheridan, Wyoming). I spent over $19 to mail it back. When it arrived they refused the package and it is being sent back to me. I am furious. They still refuse to refund me for the mask.

Their product is made in China (not South Korea), is heavy and uncomfortable, hurting my nose which is where the weight of it rests. It did not benefit my skin at all.

Another problem I had was I accidentally purchased two masks because their site offers a second mask at a discounted price. It looked like I was getting the first mask at a discounted price so I went for it. As soon as I realized the order was for two masks, I cancelled the mask. They accepted the cancellation and only sent one mask (took a long time to get here). They still charged my debit card for the second mask and refuse to refund it.

This company is a SCAM!! Run as fast as you can. I have reported them to the authorities. They are not located in the United States like they pretend. My debit payment was changed to Japanese Yen. They have no phone number and take days and often weeks to respond and are in a different time zone altogether.
