Terrible customer support, DO NOT recommend
bought a couple products from them, the products are fine. but way too overpriced, not just that but i received mine deformed, but trying to contact support is driving me nuts! its all through a damn AI assistant, that says it'll put you online with a live agent but after waiting over an hour and a half (the AI said max 20 mins wait) ive given up. i gave up on that route and tried contacting them through email. again only received one response, and response times are WAYYYY longer than they say the max is. i first contacted them over a week ago and still no where near getting the problem solved or even a response. truly a terrible experience, I wouldn't but from them just because of the potential risk of having to deal with the God awful support.

They sent me DAMAGED sleeve. I've sent them pictures, and they admitted that it was damaged. They send me a replacement that was even more damaged ! Sergio V. from support claims there is nothing wrong with second sleeve ! Both sleeves have sharp edges at the entrance, which is scratching me and making me bleed. He is so ignorant, that he claims that is none of his problems. When I complaint about him, he assigned himself to the ticket and closed it. Fleshlight have the worst support that completely ignores you, even if their product is damaging your health !!!! AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!
Shabby quality for astronomical prices
Bought 2 sleeves from them. The first one came with a bubble on the right side of the entry, which they say is normal and shouldn't affect its use. I guess it's mostly true but I expected better craftsmanship from a 70€ item.
The second one had a massive cavity on the right side as well, making the sleeve noticeably imbalanced. I contacted customer service and Sergio V. told me it's not defective.
I like their range of products but their shabby quality, lack of attention to detail and unhelpful customer service are definitely not in line with the astronomical prices they charge.
I'm sure other companies offer better quality at lower prices for a product that's not really that special.
Purchased a Tori black from a local…
Purchased a Tori black from a local shop, it was a poor quality and everything seemed off about it. Contacted fleshlight customer service, they said it’s counterfeit and offered me a 30% off another purchase. The store showed me their order from fkeshlight and assured me it’s real. Neither company is willing to replace my item. I would not buy from fleshlight again or the chain adult store.
Price Glitch on Website
There was some kind of error at checkout that changed the $99 price to $10,046. It happened several times in a row after refreshing my browser. This scared me off the site immediately. Then I came to Trustpilot to see the shocking reviews. Fleshlights are luckily sold elsewhere for the same price but with free delivery and good reviews.
Sergio V is a Terrible Manager
Sergio V is the most useless customer service manger I have ever had a conversation with. He contradicts himself and always places blame on customer despite it being an issue on their end.
If your bank makes one fraudulent hold they immediately blacklist from site before you can even unlock the hold.
Burnt customers
I have to great sensation but shortly after I purchased it the sleeve split down the side of the sleeve what the F not exactly cheap am I the only one too have this problem disappointed customer
High quality products and helpful customer service
Very helpful company and great products. I have been single for quite some time and in my late 20s became familiar with the company’s products. Every time I have needed customer support (ie when my bank thought it was fraud) they were available on phone and nothing embarrassing about the call. Otherwise they have high quality products that I think can bring a huge amount of quality to a dudes life. I own 6 Fleshlights and two mounts as well as the universal launch which is a plug in striker. I ended up buying a second one to make it more convenient for me, so I have one plugged in on my couch and the other at my desk. All products I’ve bought from these guys are high quality and shipping has been discreet, the only thing would be if you know what ILF LLC is, as that is the return address.
They frequently send you defective products, but don't always replace them
Over the past year I have ordered 6 items from Fleshlight, 3 sleeves, 2 cases, and a drying unit. one of the cases and two of the sleeves were defective. This quality control is absolutely terrible and to top it all off, they only replaced one of the cases and a single sleeve. The last sleeve has significant deformations in the internal texture at the points that people like enough to purchase/recommend the sleeve. Upon sending them images of the internal texture being misshapen and significantly deformed at the exact points that I bought that very sleeve for they tried to claim that "The injection molding process sometimes has bubbles" or some corporate bs instead of just admitting that their product is defective and their quality control is crap. Amazing how they are willing to lost a $1000+ dollar customer over one replacement item.
Here is a company that cares nothing…
Here is a company that cares nothing for its customers. It doesn't matter how many times you write them asking for sales help. They will never respond. Secondly, this company cares nothing about men with larger than average sized 'units'. I have written them a couple of times because I have bought 3 Fleshlights and all of them are too small and uncomfortable to use. I asked them what was the largest inside diameter mens toy that they have, and I never got a reply. Waited a couple of weeks, then sent another one. No, their email isn't in junk or spam, they just refuse to help. It is worth mentioning that there is an untapped market in the mens sex toy category. Guys like me with a 6.5 inch diameter 'unit' are left out in the cold because most sex toys are made for the average man. But if you look online about this problem, you can guess there are probably millions of us that are frustrated with this. It's really sad when a company doesn't listen to you, and can't even reply to a single pre-sales inquiry. Disheartening.

Tried to have fun but my dickus got white from fungus. I thought the light was a virgin but no, it was used by someone and I got his fungus on my porcini.
Disgruntled customer
Been a customer for few years, never had an issue until recently. The customer service jerk was not helpful. Ordered the lube and the texture and consistency was wayyyy off from its original consistency. It just doesnt spread with their products like its supposed to now which makes it not work well and they only offered a 10% discount next time i shop like! You lost a customer, good job
Defective products, refusing to refund
They sent me products with manufacturing defects, hair in the packaging etc. The customer service staff has the intellectual ability of a subway sandwich, gives misleading instructions and is not interested in customer satisfaction. They tried to keep the returned products and my money. Chargeback with credit card company is sadly the only way to reach a resolution.
Really Bad Experience
I purchased a Fleshlight Boom Blast Medium Dark. It seemed to work pretty well, but it just stunk to high heaven!!! I think the material that it was made may have been the problem, but the dye even more. When I tried to clean it, it leaked this ugly brown stuff into the sink.
I finally just threw it away because it stunk so much – I mean it really reeked to high heaven!!!! Since you really can’t return it unopened, I thought I would at least be able to get a credit or something. They gave me no credit whatsoever. I mean, it doesn’t help to take a photo. The photo doesn’t tell anyone that it stinks to heaven!!!

Placed an order but received the wrong item. It appears they sent me someone else's order. (so much for privacy). It's been a week and Customer Service has been jerking me around over email (excuse pun).

I spent $100.00 on one of those…
I spent $100.00 on one of those fleshlight things and never received it. The tracking number I received says it was delivered. Well, they lied. I get the feeling that the Fleshlight company scams a lot of people, as I've heard this happening to others before.
Take my advice, don't spend your money on the Fleshlight company. They are sketchy as fck. Probably have better luck avoiding an STD from a hooker.
