Wish I had discovered earlier …
Easy form to fill out and a very competitive quote, far easier than several other companies I’ve used over the years. Many will not even accept annual travel for older travellers and a reasonable surcharge for cruise additions

I made 2 genuine claims with in a few weeks. It really was no problem with them. I would have no problem recommending CO OP to anyone who is looking for insurance.

I hadn't received my confirmation email (my fault)and the situation was dealt with very professionally by the young lady who dealt with me.

I have been a member of the co-op for many years. Recently I got pet insurance for my cat . Was delighted to find I got a discount as a member, & a further discount as I had got my cat from an animal charity.

My requote had increased by about £30…
My requote had increased by about £30 but i went through the whole process of getting another quote, exactly the same details and co-op insurance came back with a quote cheaper than the one I was originally paying.
Basically Co-op tried to rip me off hoping I wouldn't shop around.
