A wonderful service was delivered
A wonderful service was delivered for our aunt, including all the elements she herself had requested. It really felt she was there with us. A really professional and dignified service. Many thanks to Alex, Pete and all the team at Westbury-on-Trym branch.

I used the Chatham Branch
I used the Chatham Branch. Angie the lady who helped me arrange my sisters funeral was very knowable helpful and made us feel at easy. This was a sudden death for the family and it was harder for us to take in. But Angie and her crew where brilliant. I have used the branch a few times in the last few years. This was the second one this year. The gentleman Robin who conducted the service for us was also very caring. I cannot fault them at all it was done with a lot of care and respect for us and the departed. Melissa Barnett my sister was buried on the 16th September 2026 a fine day. We had a Tigger theme funeral for her and a wake with Tiggers everywhere. Thank you Co-op for all you did for the family.

I shouldn't even have thought of undertakers i know they come nice and quietly. This mob. Head undertaker Philip was shouting from the minute he got to my house. Shouting come on everybody let's get a move on. He told mourners to take flowers in own cars. Said to me when I got to church do you want body in church first before the mourners. Or once mourners in church shouting all the time at mourners come on. Shouted in an elderly man's ear. Who said your shouting in my ear. He says we'll turn your hearing aid down. Told me to collect all cards from flowers. When I was speaking to a friend at the church he saud come on you can speak at the wake. He was horrendous. I remember my dad's funeral aswell as that rotten man. Id advise people to not use this lot

Thoroughly professional; even though following a script made it friendly and personable. Quick and easy to organise my plan, reasonably priced and covered exctly what I wanted.
The chap I dealt with was really friendly and covered everything in detail, answering all my questions and concerns quickly and in as much detail as I needed.

From when we walked in the door to when…
From when we walked in the door to when we left everyone was pleasant and helpful. The lady who took us through the types of plans that the C0-OP offer was very thorough, explained everything in detail and always asked if we had any questions. We chose the CO-OP because they are a trusted long standing business. Their plans are backed by the FSCS which gives us peace of mind. Unlike some other funeral plans where it is possible to lose your money.
