Faultless service from Emily and Sarah on our new wine fridges and interesting recommendations to fill our fridge too. we opted for a Vestfrost which arrived the next day and looks nice in our study. Thanks for a pain-free experience

There was an issue with the model number of the wine cooler delivered, but everything was sorted within 2 days, where the old one was taken away and replaced with correct one.
No hassle, professional and friendly staff.
Would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a wine fridge from the Coolersomm website however was told that the 2 showing available had sold out as I was ordering and that I would have to wait for new stock to arrive. I was offered a different option but it was the wrong size so opted to wait.
The customer service received was excellent - the fridge was delivered well before Christmas and New Year and there was also the bonus of a voucher for wine (which also arrived in time). Thank you Sarah for sorting everything.

Very efficient handling and delivery. However the unit has a European plug so we had to go back to the company on this point. Apparently an adapter should have been delivered also but it appears the delivery men may have removed with the packaging they removed. The company have ordered an adapter to be sent to us so hopefully this will solve the problem. They were very efficient in dealing with this matter - over a weekend too! - but it may be worth highlighting the position to future purchasers so that they know to check that the adapter is there.

We ordered a La Sommelierre wine cooler online on 2nd November from Coolersomm. We had an immediate acknowledgement, suggesting various days when they could delivery to us. We accepted delivery for 4th November and Coolersomm then kept us updated as to the progress. As promised, the delivery guys then phoned us an hour before delivery, and right on cue, they arrived. They installed the item, took away all the packaging, and were very efficient and friendly. The whole cycle of events was of a very high standard, and we are very satisfied.

My wife bought me a Climadiff for our anniversary and I’m delighted with it, timely delivery and set up it’s a fantastic cooler and great value for money. Amazing customer service resolving an issue I have had and a very personal service from Sarah replying to my first email after 9pm. Great company to deal with. Thanks again. Tom

The order and delivery process was efficient and reliable. Generally, very professional and pleasant to deal with. When there was a quality issue with one of the products, the Seller was extremely helpful and persistent in securing a free replacement from the manufacturer, hence 5 rather than 4 stars.

Ordered a wine fridge on 7.10.22. Still waiting for any delivery information. Coolersomm replied and apologised for the mistake and have offered me compensation as a gesture of good will. Very pleased with their customer service and how they have responded to my complaint. Now just waiting for the delivery.
