Didn't get ready when promised & delivery instructions were ignored that's why I didn't receive merchandise !!!!! & It's a continuous problem explaining the same thing over & over to each member at your company that don't follow instructions on delivery of merchandise !!!

Super easy to order and phenomenal prices! I’ve been buying from them for years now.

This is the second time I've purchased through this site. I did so specifically because the Rakuten rewards were very high. The first time this company didn't send my rewards through to Rakuten and this time I'm trying to get my rewards. If you don't want to pay out, don't offer them. This is really ridiculous!

Been using ContactsDirect for several years...except for one where I mistakenly tried a lower cost vendor. Wasn't worth it, and came back. The customer service is top notch, and orders arrive on time and exactly what you expected.

I needed help in choosing the correct contact lenses on the website, and the phone representative was extremely helpful and gave me a discount. The lenses arrived within the week.

I talked to a customer service agent via the chat feature, and she gave me an insurance code that gave me an amazing discount! Sadly I forgot to do the survey in time so I couldn't give her the credit she deserves directly. But I hope she gets a raise! She was friendly, informative, speedy, and reminded me to use the discount codes!

Easy to place order and very reasonably priced.

I paid $19.99 for express 2 day shipping on Thursday only to receive the order Monday after I had already departed as I was traveling and now have to pay a second time to ship to my home.

Don't... I ordered my contacts 2 weeks ago. Reached out to customer support as they didn't arrive in the expected time and the shipping info never updated. They supposedly sent out another order with 2 day shipping. Well it's been 4 days (not including weekend) still no contacts. I was supposed to receive a follow up email. Still nothing there either. Customer support was supposed to open 10 mins ago and it's still "off" and unavailable. I'm now gonna dispute with my credit card, beg my eye dr for trials and order from 1800contacrs who has excellent customer service and support and I've never had an issue with. WTG contacts direct- great impression for a new customer. I'll never use this company again.

They advertise a discount code,
but hen when you check out, there is no place to enter the code. Very annoying !
They shipped my last order more quickly than any other company, however, could have just been my luck that this rx was in stock.

I wish zero stars was an option - the customer service is TERRIBLE.
Tried to renew contact lens that were literally 1 day expired. Contacts Direct (CD) said they'd allow 5 days to call the doctor/update the information. Our doctor agreed to let the RX go through 1 day late as he was seeing our daughter in 2 days. CD cancelled my order immediately, didn't even allow 1 day to solve the problem. Gave me a 40% off coupon that I couldn't use with insurance, so order would've cost me more than without it. I tried to give them another chance, and they cancelled the updated RX from the doctor saying the info on it was wrong. It was literally written by our doctor that day so no idea how it could be wrong as I simply uploaded it to their site. They are TERRIBLE, went to 1800 contacts and so much easier to deal with as they actually have customer service!

I have a crazy, wonky prescription and had my order canceled so I had to call customer service, and luckily, I got Stacey on the line. All I can say is Wow!

I placed an order on 5/7 and still have not received my order let alone has it even been packed today is 5/18. I call and you literally cannot get someone on the phone it is chat only. Do yourselves a favor and just pay a little more with 1800contacts. I will not return to this company.
