No communication
I placed an order on 5/7 and still have not received my order let alone has it even been packed today is 5/18. I call and you literally cannot get someone on the phone it is chat only. Do yourselves a favor and just pay a little more with 1800contacts. I will not return to this company.

Customer service is lackluster
My initial order was marked as shipped, but package was never given to the courier. Contact support via chat on the day it was to be delivered. Was told the would send out a replacement, that never happened either, thanks for that Leticia. Second chat with Pedro later that day went better as a new order was created and emails received. Leticia, you should really follow through on what you tell the customers that you're assigned to help, not just make the situation sugary and then fail to do you part.

Easy… Fast… Cheap
Super easy to order contacts upload my prescription and submit my order. Had an issue with my doctor not approving the order but customer service helped navigate that and then I was able to replace my order and get my contacts a few days later. The price after insurance is super cheap compared to ordering from my doctors office.

Automatic cancellation
I made a minor mistake with my order. Instead of calling me (they asked for phone number with order “in case there are questions about your order”) they just cancelled my order but a hold remained on my credit card for several days. When that finally cleared and I was able to reorder, the 30% savings offer was expired. Customer service said “oh, honey we don’t call people about orders, we just automatically cancel”

The delivery process turned out ok, but the website never update to tell me the contacts were delivered. I found them at the delivery location by accident.

Great prices and better than any other contact lenses seller
Very easy to use. Got my contacts quick, just within 2 weeks of ordering them. Didn't even have to pay anything. My insurance covered most of it plus had a coupon with my insurance company.

This company is amazing! The customer service is absolutely topnotch! The agents were kind and patient with me and resolved my issue and got my contacts to me quickly!
