Complicated to order with insurance
I had to provide my insurance information to 2 separate representatives and am still not sure if they processed it. I also have not received my $10 refund from the coupon code that wouldn't take with my insurance. If you know that your coupon codes won't work when you use a code for insurance, why not fix it instead of making the customer jump through hoops? The whole process to order my contacts was quite an ordeal, but the representative I spoke with on the phone was very nice and and tried to be helpful.

Alcon Rebate Declined
I purchased a year supply of contact lenses and the $150 Alcon manufacturer rebate that contacts direct advertises on their website was declined for not meeting the program requirements. In the very fine print of the rebate terms it specifically states, “Offer not valid on purchases from Internet retailers”. I even spoke with a contacts direct customer service representative and was told that my purchase was eligible for the rebate. How can contacts direct, as an internet retailer of contact lenses advertise this rebate promotion in good faith? This is false advertising and contacts direct should be ashamed.

I was sent the wrong contacts. I chatted with customer service. Said I would have another box sent to me. I haven’t received it. I haven’t received any correspondence. Very frustrating.
