The site is a scam
The site is a scam - it provided me with codes for a 20% discount for being a first time purchasers and another for a 15% Summer 2026 discount but did not have a place to enter the code and benefit from the discount. My vision insurer forced me to switch from 1800Contacts, otherwise I would not have used this provider.

Contacts Direct is the most cost effective option always + easy checkout process
Contacts Direct consistently offers the best pricing on my contacts brand (if using a coupon, which is often available), so I keep coming back mainly because of that. However, checkout is so easy too, which is an added benefit. I’ve never had an issue having my prescription verified (and I’ve done it both ways…where I upload my prescription and where I put in my doctor’s info). And shipping has always been very quick!

I found navigating the download of my prescription was difficult. My scans were clear and now I will have to wait

I was not successful with the website…
I was not successful with the website so called customer service and had a great experience. She was patient, kind, understanding and did it all for me. I received my contacts in 5 days after ordering. She used my insurance and I paid the remainder.
I can't find her name, but please look up who placed my order and thank her for me.

I saved over $100!!
I had to order over the phone to apply my insurance. They were very helpful. I would have paid $147 after insurance through my optometrist. With Contacts Direct I paid $20.27!!
