Computer Disposal Experts Anmeldelser

CDE always provide a first class service. They arrive when they're scheduled to and their driver Dwain (who we've had the last couple of collections) is helpful and friendly.
Would highly recommend!

Good communication, professional service, pick up of equipment was great, and detailed Asset Register, Data Destruction Cert, and Waste Transfer Note were provided. It was just an easy, no hassle, good service that was provided.

We have had two bulk collections by CDE, both have been very easy to organise with Mel, who has been very helpful and quick to reply to emails, keeping us informed of our booking and collection slot etc.

We receive certificates of destruction for data drives etc which is needed as a business disposing of IT assets.

Today Dwain arrived exactly on time. He was very polite, friendly and helpful in removing all the equipment for recycling and we couldn't be happier with the service.

Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic service. Picked up all of our computers and monitors. Extremely helpful. Dwain is a credit to the company very curious and engaging. Arrived when he said he would and sent an email 15 minutes before he arrived. Would recommend to everyone 5star plus rating

Dwain was very professional, but also personable and friendly, and made the whole experience effortless.

Great service, fast and reliable Dwain was very helpful top job

Excellent service to dispose of my organisations old IT equipment.

Moving house and needed to chuck out a pile of ancient laptops, tablets and phones for secure disposal. I messaged CDE in the evening, they rang me first thing in the morning and had already collected everything by lunchtime same day free of charge. Promptly emailed me receipts to confirm exactly what items they'd taken, and how the data had been destroyed. Absolutely perfect service I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

On time, courteous, socially responsible.

Oscar was a great guy all round. Brilliant service.

I've been using CDE for a few years now and only have great things to say about them. From dealing with Mel and Nick to arrange collection, through the actual collection, CDE are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and I really can't praise them enough. I've never had any issues, which is why they are my 'go to' company for WEEE collection.

Prompt response to our enquiry and being updated throughout the booking process and collection day. For a Free service, both office staff and the driver Dwain were very professional and pleasant

Very professional reliable and fast response. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with. Excellent communication and very helpful. Will use again for sure. Thanks so much.

We have been working with Computer Disposal Experts as our preferred IT disposal partner for some time now, and they continue to exceed our expectations in every regard.

From the outset, they have consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuinely engaging approach to their service. Whether it's scheduling collections, handling documentation, or simply answering queries, their communication is always clear, timely, and efficient.

Their latest collection was a great example of their service standards in action. The driver, Dwain, arrived promptly and was smartly presented, professional, and personable throughout. He handled everything with care and confidence, making the process smooth and hassle-free. As a thoughtful touch, he even left us some branded pens—an unexpected but appreciated gesture that reflects the company’s attention to customer relationships and detail.

In short, Computer Disposal Experts is a reliable, well-organised, and client-focused partner. We are more than happy to continue working with them and would readily recommend their services to any business seeking secure and sustainable IT asset disposal.

Excellent - I always use CDE for our electronic waste recycling. Organising a collection with Mel is really easy and well organised and on our latest collection day, Dwain was on time, organised, quick and friendly.
