I was a bit nervous about the learning curve, but the photo scanner was completely straightforward and blazing fast. I managed to scan through years of family history in just a few days. The image quality is excellent—the colors look faithful, and the resolution is perfect for reprinting or sharing with relatives. Jack and his communications are the best to dive in the scan process. The return process was completely hassle-free. Five stars all the way!

Outstanding customer service from Envio Rentals! I rented a GoPro for a cycling trip through the Scottish Highlands. Jack from the support team was amazingly attentive to our specific requirements and proactively offered flexible solutions to make our trip much easier. This was our first time with Envio Rentals and it was a smooth sailing experience. My family and I needed the Epson FastFoto scanner for digitizing old family photos and the scanner worked great. The communication with Jack was efficient and responded quickly. When I have another project that involves scanning I know where to rent from.

Leaving five stars not only because the scanner was in perfect condition and it arrived on time but because their customer service staff is absolutely wonderful. It’s always good to have actual people helping you nowadays but even so they really stood out in the best way! Jack helped me so much answering my questions in a timely manner and being proactive about making sure I had all the correct equipment and making sure my return process would go smoothly. I would definitely recommend this service 😊

Great rental experience. I rented an awesome photo scanner since we are moving overseas and simply had to downsize what came with us. Couldn’t bear to part with old photos and more recents ones including some obits and newspaper clippings so the scanner worked like a charm to store all these memories on a flash drive. Great communication and shipping including easy return to UPS store. This was the best way to preserve photos from way back and it was so fast and easy. Great product. Great customer service. Great price. Easy fix to an overwhelming problem. Thank you Envio!

Everything was very easy, even getting help when I needed it. I used the scanner to digitise over one thousand photos and am very pleased with the results.

I've had an exceptional experience with Envio Rentals. I hired a 360 degree camera for a week to capture a professional quality virtual tour. The camera arrived swiftly and communication from the team to keep me updated along the way was superb. Using the device was effortless, with absolutely everything I needed inside the box. I needed an efficient way to digitize old family photos, and renting the Epson Scanner was the perfect solution. The scanner was fast and easy to use, and Envio Rentals delivered it right on time. Returning it was completely hassle free, too. I'm extremely happy with the whole process!

Hired a Starlink Mini. Process was generally straightforward and support were very responsive when I had a small issue, resolving it remotely which was great. The Starlink also came with a large battery bank included in the price which other suppliers didn't, and the price was very competitive. Delivery and returns was also easy. Envio Rentals would be the first place I'd go if I needed to hire a Starlink again.

Envio had exactly the service I needed--I had boxes of family photos in need of digitization, but I didn't need to own a photo scanner myself. The equipment worked perfectly, and Envio made it easy to receive and return.

Very simple delivery and collection service. Unit packaging robust. Program and scanning was a breeze with a manual easily installed. Copied really well with all sizes, shapes and ages of the photos. Would highly recommend.

The download of the software was a little difficult and I asked for help from a friend with this.
Easy to set up the scanner and to scan.
A lot of negatives took about 1 minute and more depending on the exposure of the film.
The scanning programme was excellent as I was able to control the density and colour of the scanned print.
I will use the scanner again rather than sending my negatives to a company to scan as it was so easy to use.
