CPS needs to impress us each time we call.
It was a new service person. We left while he worked. We have to assume he did a good job. He did not spend much time afterwards to explain what he did. To assure us he used child safe materials. He got his payment and left.
We engaged CPS because the service person convinced us he knew what he was doing, he cared and he was professional. Now we are just a regular client.
We live in a building where some units have cockroach problems. We are serious about wanting good service each time we call.

As customers over past four years, you know we at CPS pride ourselves on giving 110% to our customers. As part of this commitment, we keep chemical use to a minimum, and additionally, make a point to only use environmentally friendly products. This is probably not the best business decision, as sometimes we have to return to do a minor top up (at no cost to the customer but at a cost to our bottom line). However, we are most concerned about the safety of our customers and our team, and treat these top ups as standard practice for a company built around safety.

I had an issue with ants and the team came back, serviced the site again and did so with such professionalism I am delighted.
