Unfortunately not the best experience. They did an inspection and live termites were only found in one area (we had already found them so took them straight to them).
I then decided to get another company to do an inspection and quote and they found more.
Very disappointed.

Treating termites is a delicate process, and the Number One rule when identifying termites is: as soon as you find termites, do not disturb them anymore than is necessary to identify the species. The reason for this is that termite baiting (the most preferred termite management system globally) relies on not disturbing the termites. Until we start treatment, we want the termites moving about their day, as normal, as much as possible. Even when we start treatment, we ensure that we disturb the termites only enough to highlight the bait to the termites.
In the case of your property, the termites had been identified, and a termite management plan proposed.
Whilst I cannot speak for any other companies, it could be said that this other company was primarily concerned to ‘win the business’, and try and point out that we missed something. However, we stand by our principles and standards. Its most important to us to eradicating the termites from our customers homes as quickly and as efficiently as possible. It is this primary goal that has thousands of satisfied customers of CPS over the years.
I have tried a few times to call and email you to discuss the methodology here, however have yet to receive a reply. Please do feel free to contact me personally should you wish to discuss further.

CPS have been fantastic
CPS have been fantastic.
We had an infestation of german cockroaches, CPS came in, carried out a thorough inspection and explained how and why this happened. They then put together a treatment plan which was 100% successful. They carry out quarterly treatments and have successfully treated other seperate little issues that came up.
I met with two other companies and one in particular spoke over me the whole time and didn't listen to a thing I said.
CPS were straight to the point, professional, friendly and so easy to talk to and work with.
I highly recommend them.
