Great with follow ups lovely staff quite considerate

I had our home treated today by Mick and could not be happier with the service. Mick was friendly and explained everything he was doing... we had an issue with wet weather for the outside but he dealt with this as well ... he sprayed the outside but unfortunately it rained again so they are coming back again to do the outside.... recommend highly...

I had an issue with ants and the team came back, serviced the site again and did so with such professionalism I am delighted. We have been customers for 4 years and this was the first time there was any concern and it was corrected and a full refund provided!

All work was was done in a satisfactory manner as was outlined before the work commenced by the technician.

Have not used a pest company previously but I was very impressed with this one and chose it solely based on customer reviews on various platforms. Everything was explained really clearly, the quote was exactly what I was charged ie. no ‘hidden extras’. The technician arrived at the EXACT time he said he would and was happy to explain the process while he worked. I intend to have a yearly treatment and inspection and will be using Competitive Pest Services again. I have waited a few months before writing this so I could see how effective the treatment has been and I am happy to say we no longer have a cockroach problem in the house.

I had a very good (if somewhat more expensive than the competition) experience with Competitive Pest Services. They were reliable, punctual and minimally intrusive while carrying out the treatment, and I was not required to do any preparation prior to the treatments. I needed their services for a sudden severe infestation of German cockroaches and they .managed to squeeze me in several days faster than other companies which was much appreciated. Assuming that the German cockroaches do not reappear after the 6-month warranty has expired I'd say the extra expense was definitely worth it.

After using another Pest company for some years, I had a bad infestation of ants. I was not happy with the attitude when I queried the job that had recently been completed. Even with a 3 month guarantee they were reluctant to return, still the ants came!!
