Great cold call!
I was cold called by Alice - normally I don’t typically engage, especially when I’m in the middle of things but her tone and manner caused me to pause and pay attention. I’m glad I did as I’ve ended up with an attractive package including seamless early termination of my current contract which I’m very unhappy with.
Alice arranged for Connor to follow up to walk me through options. He called on time, was very respectful and helpful in his manner and there felt like no pressure to commit immediately. We have gone ahead with a good deal for us and I’m impressed with the service so far.

Jack was not pushy he explained the benefits and offered a deal that would have been silly to decline. Jack listened to my personal requirements and made adjustments where he could until I was completely happy. My Son also upgraded with Jack today.

He is extremely professional helpful and very knowledgeable.and his customer service is A* I wouldnt use nor trust anyone else with my mobile contract. Being of the older generation and partially disabled Aaron has taken my concerns and capabilities into account and has a very empathic approach which these days is a verh rare commodity.
