Excellent service and value for money!
Im usually a bit wary with calls but Crystal put me right at ease. She wasn’t pushy and explained everything very well and checked I got the best deal but making sure the signal would be good. She got me a great deal better than what I have been looking at.

Darren was amazing
Darren was amazing! We were travelling through Europe and my husbands phone wouldn't work despite buying a bolt on from his provider. Didn't bother calling Plan.com but called Darren instead, he was so patient while we struggled through the process. He sent an ESim and talked us through the process all while driving on a German motorway!
We are both in our 60s and not tech savvy but had confidence with Darren and finally it worked! We highly recommend him if anyone is stuck again for help with your phone abroad ++++

The customer service advisors were lovely and provided the time to understand my needs. I explained I have sensory disabilities and required a phone and network to suit my needs. The team really understood my needs by asking what I needed. I liked they had excellent communication skills. Contract just renewed.
Had a new contract with these guys nearly three years ago and just renewed. Seamless transition, good enough deal without being suspiciously great, but certainly competitive and everything handled without me having to set up new direct debits etc.
Dealt with Aaron who wasn't efficient and friendly, contracts came through while I was on the phone. No complaints and from personal experience I would have no problem recommending them.
