Solid brand with good pricing

I’ve bought quite a few pieces from Colt now, both on their website and through their Depop and every time the service and quality has been excellent. Quality is great even on some sample pieces I’ve purchased. Shipping has always been quick, I will be buying again.

They are a friendly company who look after their customers and make the experience feel personal. The pieces are at a great price and very well made

Seen multiple reviews about returns/refunds so it seems it’s not just me, they really need to sort out there customer service, they blamed it on an intern before and only properly replied when I threatened taking things further, I sent my returns back and still haven’t got a refund (this has been going on since June this year) and once again they have stopped answering my dms on instagram and emails, DONT BUY from this place.

Bought around five pieces. shipping is great and quality of the pieces are better than the price you pay. great brand

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a pair of jorts that arrived faulty, I asked to swap the item for another item, to which they agreed. I then paid the price difference as the other Item I wanted was more expensive. I ordered this item at the end of july/start of august. After being told multiple times that they were awaiting stock, I just stopped receiving emails altogether. I’ve chased multiple times and have not had a response at all. I’ve requested an update or a refund, whichever is easier for them to give to me, but we’ll see how that goes.

Pieces are fire, customer service is A1, and I got great taste!

The customer service at this place is awful. It started off ok when I wanted to exchange an item but then the customer service team would just stop emailing me back, it happened 2 or 3 times where we would decide on exchanged items and they would just stop contacting me and do absolutely nothing. It felt as if they were just trying to wait me out so as to keep my money and the returned trousers (which were terrible quality). Finally after 4 or so months of constant emails on my part they refunded me the money for my initial purchase. This is the bare minimum they could have done, they didn’t offer apology or compensation or anything. Absolutely terrible way to treat your customers for an overpriced brand. Avoid!!

Shirt fit perfectly and was amazing quality. Belt was amazing quality and is now my new favourite accessory. Colt is one of the best up and coming brands right now🔥🔥🔥

Had a very good experience communicating with the guys at colt especially Harry himself. Gave me all the info i needed and did a great job at organising my order to be shipped as efficiently as possible. Awseome guys and awseome products. Will be ordering again in the future.
