Great fitting jacket and great quality

I have ordered 2 things from Colt across the spread of a year. A t-shirt and a hoodie- both of which arrived promptly, so shipping was not an issue. However the quality of both products is appalling. The image on the t shirt (Boxer tee I believe) started to come off at the edges after only very few wears and maybe 1/2 washes. I didn't' mention the tee, however when the hoodie arrived (a present for someone) the quality was so so bad. So thin, and also there wasn't even a Colt label, just the size L. From an independent brand which has great marketing I expect at least a 'Colt' label/tag and for the thickness to be decent. I emailed Colt and got no reply- as I don't want this hanging in my wardrobe and was of poor quality so even the recipient of the gift wasn't happy. Please reply to my email!!

I had been really excited about Colt, as an upcoming brand, and have followed them on socials for a while now. I purchased their cowboy incense holder. It took 2-3 weeks to arrive, with no updates on its whereabouts or shipping etc. It has arrived, 10 times bigger than expected, very poorly painted, and the base is stuck and does not remove. With their no returns policy, I am now left with this, and unable to gift it for Christmas

Always have a fantastic experience purchasing from Colt. The owner is extremely humble and helpful and it’s so nice to see a fantastic and emerging brand from the UK. Website it very easy to use and customer service is phenomenal. Points for creativity on marketing as their advertisements never miss!

Be very aware, this is a Chinese scam company. I don't know if the other reviews on this site are paid for or what but my experience did not match what was described. I cancelled my order before it was shipped and they told me it would only be in store credit and not a cash refund (this is against UK consumer protection law). When I decided to try a charge back on my card they launched into an abusive email campaign. Additionally, they accidentally sent the jacket to me anyway and I must say, it's absolutely awful quality and fits like a recycling bag. IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, ITS NOT TRUE. This is a scam company, save your money and buy something better.

I placed an order on May 6th, 2025, and as of today (28/11/25) I still haven’t received anything. After contacting the company, they told me they didn’t have my item in my size anymore and even lowered the price afterwards.

When I then asked for a refund, they stopped responding completely. I have not received any meaningful communication since.

At this point, I am certain I will never see my order or my money again. I’m only writing this review to warn others. Based on my experience, this brand cannot be trusted, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing from them.

Great clothes, always arrive within a few days or the time stated for preorders and love the quality.

I had returned an item as the fit was too small and the returns team did a fantastic job in ensuring the return and swap to another item went smoothly! The new item arrived today and very happy with the quality

Was interested in purchasing the Jack Zip Up for an upcoming community event on Nov 5th.
Messaged over on Instagram to ask about delivery times and if it would come in time.
Got an instant response saying that it would, and even got free delivery from their mailing list.
The Zip Up itself fits extremely well (a little short of the arms but I am quite lanky) and is incredibly soft. Great knit quality and colours too.
Will definitely be purchasing from their upcoming drops.
