The quality of the jacket is horrendous- the zip doesn't line up and the fabric has threads and pulls all over it. The item was expected to ship within 1-2 weeks, however took almost 4 weeks to arrive, and the customer service was very rude when we questioned the delay. I would never shop with this company again, and encourage everyone to actively avoid supporting them.

I never received my order , reached out multiple times. And instead of sorting out the issue they blocked me, 180 down the drain

Do not recommend ordering there under any circumstance. Although the products the have look cool, the customer service is horrid. Have been waiting 3 months now for a bag and it never arrived. And the help they provided? None

I wouldn’t even give this brand 1 out of 5 to be honest, I’ve contacted them about the poor quality of their t-shirt that I was sold, the print completely peeled off after a wash. No response, I posted a comment under their instagram post asking them to address me and the quality issue. They chose to delete my first comment and then hide my 2nd comment, like cowards. Awful, cheap brand.

I ordered a Jacket from their website at the start of August. I also paid for the fastest shipping they have. I was then given a tracking number that didn't work. I had heard nothing for a week and tried to email them, but I received no response. I again waited until I posted on here. It is the start of October.

After I had posted a review, I finally got a tracking number that worked. My jacket was at my house within 3 days. It is a shame I had to write this to get my jacket.

Bought 2 belts for £40 each in size Large. When recieved they were lovely and were great quality. The issue came when I attempted to try them on, they were small dispite following their size chart. When I measured the belt it appeared to be shorter than the size chart said it would fit. I decided to email Colt and try to exchange them for an XL which on thd website was still In stock. I've now had numerous correspondence with the company, none of which has rectified the issue and the last appearing as if customer service would contact Fulfillment Team and ive not heard back from them. Honestly its really a let down as I would've loved to have worn the belt at my graduation, for everyday use and my sister's upcoming wedding however I doubt they will come by then. Its even more disappointing since they are from Manchester like me and dispite being a local brand with great products, the service is lacking majorly. The original order was on 16th July 2025

It’s actually shocking how little this brand cares about customer service — how can you advertise one thing, & send a customer something completely different, & then charge them over £5 for a return?

The wallet looks nothing like the picture, & they’re trying to make the most amount of money possible selling the cheapest thing.

& it’s even crazier that they’re getting away with charging £4.95 shipping for a letter. A literal letter that is £2.70 on the Royal Mail website. It’s really sad how low these so called ‘Streetwear’ brands go, never putting my trust in them again.

Items are not true to size by any means. Quality is not great. Supposed to request refunds via email - impossible considering no one bothers replying after 3 months.

Never received my Order. Ordered a jacket last dezember. They hit me with delay after delay till they didn’t even respond anymore. Now i am 125€ poorer

I get so many compliments on my cow bag and for that price point you really can’t get better!
