There were 2 products(Shade Sail), and hardware, that were returned to their shop. The Shade Sail was inadvertently sent back, but had the purchasers(my son in law) name on the return slip, but NO ONE confirmed receipt. The hardware was purchase from them as well, had my son in laws name on it as well, plus the original packing slip was put in the return box. These service team was harsh, zero help, did not know who my son in law was, even though his name was on the two return packages. NO ONE was willing to help, and you would think that someone would call me(left my phone number and requested a call more than once). The attitude of the customer service folks was absolutely horrible, and off putting, due to the lack any professional customer service assistance.I sent numerous emails asking that someone call me to discuss the situation, and they went completely dark. They said they had zero information on my son in law, but the hardware box was sent from their LA office with his name on it. They obviously did not want to be confronted with a return of the product(s). Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. $300 is not a huge amount, and if you change your returns, and customers like Nordstrom does, you might gain more customers. The entire process sucked.

The sails I purchased and installed look great, and they provide much shade.

Fast an easy for my custom shade. The hardware kit though, I don't think is sturdy enough to handle the weight of the shade I ordered especially when the wind is blowing. still this company delivers and fast.

These screens are more opaque than others and seem heavier duty. The last ones lasted 5-6 years. I sure hope these do too.

Once I got in touch with someone, they were quick to respond and professional. I called a number of times and emailed 2x but nobody ever got back to me, even after leaving messages. On my third call in 3 weeks, I finally got through to someone and they remedied the situation fast. I like this product very much.

I purchased a shade sail off of Amazon, which had an issue. I wasn't sure what to expect having to deal directly with the manufacturer for the warranty instead of Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend doing business with them.

Wonderful and totally easeful, seamless, customer service experience! My shade developed a tear and a replacement was immediately sent through the warranty program. Awesome!

I really dislike that I can not speak with a customer service agent, however, ColourTree is very responsive over email. I usually hear back within a couple of minutes. I had to create a purchase a few different custom shade sails. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they were produced and shipped.

The tarp I ordered had a leaking seam. I photographed the issue and sent to the company. They immediately responded and replaced the item. Excellent customer service.

To start with, I haven’t received my package from fedEx because it requires a signature.
Handy information to know up front. Last order was 4 times the size and no signature.
FedEx sent me a voicemail and said to pick it up at Dollar Tree but they didn’t have it.
FedEx said it was out for delivery yesterday but it was not. I called them yesterday and an hour later they called me back and left a message to call them back at a certain number, I did and that number required a code to get through.
This morning I get a text that they will let me know where to pick it up at, so I log onto thier site that they sent and it says it’s being delivered between 10:30 and 2:00 PM.
Well which is it?
Still no product delivered.

I had a warranty issue which was resolved very quickly and quite satisfactorily.

their follow up was excellent. They promised they would send out a complete color samples of all colors of shades. Excellent communication va. email correspondence.
