Ordering was very difficult. We could not tell if the order went through. There was no confirmation at the end of our time of ordering. In fact, we didn't think it went through at all. Then, all of a sudden we received three coat racks when we only tried to order one. We were charged for all three. I tried calling your business, we just got referred to other phone numbers. So, we just gave up on you, and will probably never try ordering from your company again.

I haven't weight-tested it yet, but the rack was easy to assemble and looks very nice. Reasonably fast shipping, too.

Ordered a month ago and still did not received the product. I sent a followup email 2 weeks ago and got no answer. After that I received a Intlcom tracking number that did not work. And I receive this evaluation request before I receive the package...

Ordered the SC3. It's a very solid closet and very easy to setup. Built it together with my wife and we couldn't stop commenting on how easy it was to setup and how solid the parts felt. Definitely met expectations. It also shipped very fast. Great experience

I bought the Rolling Clothes Rack. Overall, it has been pretty handy for adding extra storage in my room. It holds a lot of clothes and moves around easily, which is a big plus. The only downside is that setup took a bit of time, but once it was assembled, it worked well enough for everyday use.

Website description, photos & assembly video of rolling clothes rack all excellent. Order received promptly, extremely well packaged. Very sturdy and well designed.Satisfied customer! My only comment (not a criticism) is that the zip covering does not enclose the bottom of the rack (open at the bottom).

I would have given 5 stars but my recent purchase wasn't fulfilled at the date they had given me due to a miss hap with there system. But with communication and there support team my ordered was resolved and I am very pleased with them and there products. Thank you for your time and patience

Well written instructions. Pretty easy to assemble.

I like the flexible design.
But the fact that the components are not separately available to be purchased means that i cannot put together the frame in a way that suits my needs. I may consider buying from another company as they sell components individually
