What can I say. Whole experience not good but was restored in the end.
Without the driver"Bear" being on the scene I think the results might be somewhat different.
Communication originally was horrendous and one delivery date missed.Was promised delivery the following Thursday but due to problems on the road it failed.
Again thanks to Bear and good communication I received it the following day.
Overall company needs improvement and the one and only reason I gave a five star is because of Bear.

Evidently a fraudulent company, if the option to provide 0 stars was available I would willingly. Ordered items in August with the value >£100 and still not received them despite countless calls and emails. Upon the one time that they did respond they promised a delivery date which was not fulfilled.

I would strongly advise other consumers to avoid using this company at all costs. You risk being out of pocket without receiving the goods you have paid for. The complete lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order is unacceptable, the company should be ashamed of the way customers are being treated.

Obviously don't hold stock or order it until you've paid for it. Waited 10 weeks and still didn't get a delivery date. Had to go for a refund which took 4 weeks. Avoid this company

This is a review of my delivery experience- Bear was great- very helpful and has stepped in to address problems.

Unfortunately the rest of the experience was less good

Order placed, paid and excepted by Colourclad on 21st August. As of 14th October no product has been received. They never contact you ref delivery or updates whether with positive news or to advsie of delay or what is happening. Try and call and you either get AI Lucy or no answer. Once you do speak with someone they sound genuine thank you Grazie, Mike for over promising and not delivering on what you have been advised or emailed seemingly to placate rather that actually help!
Unfortuantley we are seeking recompence due to non delivery of goods paid for in good faith and not received.

Extremely disappointing experience and some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

I placed an order for Pan Tile Effect Roof Sheets on 14 August. The website stated an estimated delivery time of 10 working days, but more than a month later I still had no delivery and no clear resolution.

Throughout this time, we repeatedly tried to contact the company. Most of the communication was through an AI system giving different estimated dates, while nobody contacted us with a proper update.

When I finally managed to speak with a member of staff, I was told that my order was on hold awaiting a management decision. I asked to speak with a manager but was told that no manager was available, and that I might have to wait until the following week for another update.

This is particularly frustrating because the materials were needed urgently to complete roofing work. We planned our building work around the 10-working-day delivery timeframe advertised when the order was placed.

After waiting more than a month, I should not still be chasing the company to find out whether they are going to deliver my order or refund my money.

Delays can happen, but the lack of communication and the difficulty in getting a clear answer from a real person have made this experience extremely stressful.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company unless they significantly improve their customer service, communication and order management.

All delivered, no issues and Bear was brilliant!! Good banter with our mate!!

Can't comment on the products themselves. No sign of them. Zero communication, departments that never get back in touch. No update to communicate delays. Delivery date long gone and went by without so much as an email. Now their phonelines have been replaced with a AI chatbot which when you ask about delays decides to brag about how many orders the company takes and then just hangs up. The AI chatbot if you are firm with it simply passes on info, no confidence at all that a human will actually bother to help.

Even better, when you browse their website looking for order updates to sign in, it triggers some sales bod to cold email you trying to sell you products. Maybe focus on delivering not selling. Useless. Will never ever use again.

Do not order from this company. It is not worth it.

Awful beyond belief.....

I don't honestly know where to start or how to convey the horrendously bad experience we've had with this company.

We got a carpenter to design and build quite an extensive garden project. Some of this was under cover and needed extensive roofing. He sourced Colour Clad as they said on their website that they did custom sizing which is what he needed.

It didn't start well as 3 weeks later the roofing still had not arrived even though he was quoted 2 weeks....so he started to chase the order so he could complete the job.

I wont bore anyone reading this with the back anf forth but essentially he found it incredibly difficult to actually get through to anyone to talk to and most of his emails went either unanswered or returned a week later. He even got a very curt email from them basically telling him to stop bothering them and they would tell him when the order was ready and being dispatched.

So 3 months later we finally get a delivery date and notification. So we have 2 guys on standby for the day of delivery and it never showed up.

We then get a reschedule for the following week and have 2 guys on stand by again......once more no show.

I manage to get through finally to someone in the office and essentially get fed some fairy story about why it's not turned up......at this stage it's just nonsense frankly. I then get put through to customer services to a Gracie who gave the impression she hadn't a clue, but assured me the delivery would be with me the next day. I asked her to phone me first thing in the morning to confirm as if it was I needed to notify our carpenter.....even though they should have been doing this themselves as he was the one who ordered it.

Anyways nothing again......(still waiting for Gracie)......but then at just after 9am today a lorry turns up on the drive with our roofing.....no warning.....no agreed delivery date......nothing. Just like it's assumed we'd be there to receive it. And of course as there is no warning there is no one here to help.

So now I've to ring around and get the carpenter back....he has to get some help.....basically dropping the job he's on and getting another body in.

They turn up and he looks at the roofing and it's been manufactured wrong!!!!

So as it's been now 3 months and we are going into winter he's had to accept the order and now has to do a lot more extra work to get it to fit with what he's already built.

The only "positive" thing he had to say about it was that the quality of the roofing was ok.

So to recap.....

3 months wait for a initial 2 week turnaround
2 failed deliveries
1 just "turn up and hope someone is there to accept a lorry load of roofing"
1 custom order wrongly manufactured
Non existant customer service
2 days of extra money for 2 guys to just "hang around"
Extra labour charges to now make the roofing fit.

If you do order from them and it all goes "south" you'll get the "well we've just moved premises" or the "we've just introduced new processes which are delaying things" and a whole raft of other excuses.

They have even introduced a really, really crap AI system called Lucy who makes it pratcially impossible to actually even get thorugh to a human so that you can rant about your order.....not that it actually does help if you do manage to get through as the two people I spoke to had pretty much "checked out"

Just a truly awful, awful experience.

Believe the bad reviews....they all follow a very similar pattern....ignore the good reviews because they just read falsely. I find it hard to believe that people have had a great experience with this company when there are so many that haven't

And note that all the bad and middle of the road reviews are all quite long and detailed.....and all the "great" reviews are very, very short. So short in fact that you can't run them through any "AI written" detection software........mmmmm......just saying.

The worst company I have every dealt with. placed the order in June with a 4-6 week lead time. now in October with still no delivery, many promises of dates but they never delivery. no communication, they just don't turn up. I paid up front £2760 for this. Please please be warned not to buy from these.

To start with a positive, the product is good.
Unfortunately customer service leaves much to be desired. It seems that the company moved premises and launched an advertising campaign resulting in a huge increase in orders with neither the staff nor the stock to meet them.
They have an irritating AI assistant that you get through to when chasing your order. There's nothing more patronising than having a bot empathising with you when you're complaining about customer service.
After numerous calls I did get my delivery. The transport logistics are not good. Unloading sheets in the dark at 20:30 on a wet and windy mountain wasn't much fun. The poor driver wouldn't have got home until after midnight.
I would suggest that the company suspends it's advertising for a while until it's caught up with orders otherwise poor reviews will continue to be a feature

Quality products, delivered in a timely manner.

Placed an order on the 4th June, still waiting for delivery, can't get hold of anyone on phone or email, been told by one person delivery would be Fri 16th Oct arranged lifting equipment and man power, now been told by another person not sure if they will be delivered. Will not use again, communication is awful.

(Also posted on FB) Unfortunately I have now had to take to social media for this review. After being told on five different times the goods will be delivered over four weeks, each time failing to be delivered, with no explanation as to why, with me having to chase each time. Initially, staff were polite on the phone, but I am increasingly getting the feeling they are not being listened to by the wider business, or just being ineffective. Is it because it is a small order of £260 (of which £72 is delivery) that the order is being essentially ignored? Order place 03/09/26, at the time of posting 12/10/26 with the next delivery promised 19/10/26. Not good enough.

Multiple delays in shipping, extremely poor communication and not getting back to you, false delivery promises multiple lost days leave as have to be in for the delivery, ordered in June now in october and still dosging my calls and emails and still no roof for my summer house, which is built awaiting a roof and should of been delivered in August, ridiculous service and to make it worse the hold messages tell you how amazing they are and get the products too you on time!

There was a delay to our order but we have now received it and Bear the driver has been very helpful in explaining the reasons for the delay. We are very happy with the product.

Communications with this company is shocking ,pleased I’ve not made order after all and read reviews,I will go elsewhere

AVOID! Seems like a scamming company.
Have ordered on the 13th of July, now in mid October still no delivery. No communication, after chasing they just keep making excuses of moving office and having too many orders. Not my problem! Have paid and want to receive what I have bought. Now they have changed to AI answering he calls.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY — READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.

I placed an order for finishing materials over two weeks ago and I still have not received it. Despite the delay, the company has also failed to cancel my order and return my money.
The materials are now useless to me because they arrived far too late for the work I had planned. I was forced to buy the same items from a local supplier at a higher price just so I could get the job completed on time.
In my experience, the lower prices are simply not worth the stress, delay and poor service. I was repeatedly given assurances about delivery that were not met, and I have been left without the goods and without my refund.
I have completely lost trust in this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them and spend a little more with a reliable supplier instead.
The customer service has been extremely poor, communication has been unacceptable, and the whole experience has been a complete waste of time and money.
