Collectible Blades UK deserves a -2 star review from me. The entire experience was a nightmare: the knifes I ordered looked nothing like the flashy photos and felt flimsy and poorly made. Loose parts and one of the blades where chipped Shipping took forever, over 2 months and when I reached out for support, I was either ignored or they would reply about 2 or 3 days later. I did not get tracking details until the last two days I had to pursue this to get the details they were dismissive and slow and unhelpful. The website feels misleading, the product quality is abysmal, and the service is practically nonexistent. If you value your money and time, please avoid . But on the up side I got a free knife for the inconvenience.

The worst experience I've ever had with an online purchase and customer service. These Legolas swords are not only different in shape from the original ones, which can be found at similar prices elsewhere, but identical in construction, made of wood and steel. However, they arrived without gold embroidery, but in the same color as the blade. The tip of one of the two blades is broken at the tip. The handle color is slightly different from what it appears in the photo.
Instead of giving me another risky product, a refund, or a 50% coupon, they offered me a 10% refund—yes, you read that right. Plus a 15% discount, nothing, on a new product of theirs, which I no longer even trust. The assistant was passive-aggressive, the product arrived late, and I was called a "bro" on WhatsApp. I'm black. Assistant offend me with "childish drama".

Ordered a Dark Souls sword which looked really detailed and good quality. When the sword came it looked quite different so I checked the website again thinking I'd ordered wrongly.
Nope, the first photo of the sword is a really nice one to catch your eye, but if you click on the other photos it's a much plainer, cheaper looking sword. This is the one you actually get. It's a real bait and switch and I've reported it to trading standards, yet to get a response.

Good for beginners if viewing from afar.

The sword took a week to ship, but once it shipped, it arrived earlier than expected. It has a nice weight to it, and the blade is as described. However, I had a couple of unexpected disappointments:

-The blade had a few scuffs along it.
-The gold designs on the handle are almost gone, with a darkening on the wood as well, as if they've been handled for years.
-The text is etched in perfectly on one side, but is etched in reverse on the other side, like looking in a mirror.

And I would love it if CB could add a scabbard or sheath for this blade in the future, as they are hard to locate separately.

Overall the product was of great quality and delivery time was well within promised time, notification was also very timely. My only complaint is a minor one, the orb at the top of my staff was lose and able to rotate, when I would have thought it to be stationary.

I cannot believe this site is still operational. They are a complete scam. They have pictures of products they will not send you, such as the Rambo Last Blood Heart stopper Knife. It is criminal what they are doing as they just send inferior products. This is a review of their UK site but come on guys. I bought the original replica at £300 from another site which was exactly like the pictures with my certificate. I bought the same from you for £275 and returned it as it was nothing like advised. It was a joke of a knife and no certificate. Now you got the same pictures for £79.25 which a load of people will think is a bargain. It is fraud - despicable and a load of thieves.

Never ended up getting my order, but they did work with me to get a refund. Service was good.

Length is not correct.
If you are looking for a true replica of Wm. Wallace's sword, this is not it. His was 163 cm, I purchased this one because it was close to that, advertised at 154 cm). The delivered item is 130 cm, not even close.

Full refund has been issued after a couple back-and-forth messages with them. I have increased the rating to reflect inconvenience and incorrect advertising - but they did make the effort to make it right after a little back-and-forth.

Thor's Hammer is amazing!!! I was told that it weighs 8lbs but, it has to weighs more than that. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.
