The sword took a long time to ship and when it arrived it was 4 inches shorter than advertised and the hardware for mounting the sword on the plaque was missing they gave me 2 Allen wrenches and no screws and they said they would not ship mounting hardware unless I order another piece from them with a 15% discount so I would be hesitant to go with this provider and honestly it a problem I've been having with all the vendors on SHOP

I've received my package after opening it. It was completely empty and I can't seem to get anything done about.

I ordered two swords from them. The Marto Connor MacLeod replica sword from Highlander and the Dark Sister replica from House of the Dragon. It took a very long time to arrive and it arrived with one wrong sword. I received Dark Sister but not the Marto. They said they would send me the proper sword before I had to return the other sword which they would pay shipping for.

I just received the Highlander sword today and it's a garbage knockoff. It is not the Marto as advertised (Marto is a sword maker from Spain they are the only officially licensed sword maker for the Highlander replica). So now I've received three swords but only one is correct.

If this allows updates I will update this review if they fix this issue but I believe they knew they were selling a fake knockoff.

I recently bought the Black Clover sword from Collectible Blades and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. The design is very detailed and looks almost exactly like the one from the anime. The blade has a solid feel to it, not cheap or flimsy at all, and the handle grip is comfortable too. It looks amazing as a display piece and instantly stands out in my collection.

Shipping was faster than I expected and the sword arrived securely packaged with no damage at all. Customer support also answered my questions quickly before I ordered. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Collectible Blades to any anime or sword collector looking for high-quality pieces.

I ordered my sword on the 26th of April. After 2 days I messaged one of your team members over the chat and asked "why has my order not been fulfilled?" I was told "its out of stock but we should get more stock in this Saturday". Mind you there was no indication on the site that this sword was out of stock but fine. Then when i still didn't get any indication that my order had been fulfilled I messaged your site again and again untill just a few days ago when i got a notificationthat my order had shipped. May 11th a full 2 weeks from when i had originally ordered the sword. The week leading up to the 11th i was sending messages to the chat asking "why has my order not been fulfilled"? And never got a response. Im very unhappy with the customer service of your compnay and your order fulfillment. If the sword i wanted was out if stock i would have looked else where, i needed it beforw the 5t when the person who i bought the sword for was leaving. Not almost 2 weeks later.

Ordered a double edge valdris blade over 18 day after ordering no tracking details or sign of it messaged and rang back and forth had numerous promises off them wich never happened had children answering the phone. Requested a refund and that hasn't come through. Be careful people because I've had and am still having a bad experience trying to get somewhere with them no product and no refund of over 100 pound

Came on time and the product was great.

Great customer service. I made an order on one sword, and wanted to add another one a couple days later. I sent an email and they immediately responded and had no problem adding another one to save me shipping. When they showed up, they were well packaged. Secured with zip ties to the box and padded correctly. The blade quality was better than I expected. Straight and solid. Very happy with my purchase!

Beautiful blade and beautifully made, a few chips in the paint and dents in the wood but they don't stand out. The blade looks great and everything feels sturdy.

Have made several purchase from Collectible Blades and they never disappoint! Will be back again for sure.

Avoid at all costs unless you have weeks to spare and are happy to sit at home for 7 weeks waiting for a delivery that might not happen because they’re incompetent.

Ejaz and James are two of the rudest people I’ve dealt with. It’s very obvious that they use chatGPT to deal with their queries, suggesting they have very little experience running a business and servicing customers correctly.

Over 7 weeks of time wasted trying to get my item delivered, if it wasn’t for my partner really wanting the item, I’d have cancelled it and requested a full refund - although it was weeks late for the special occasion.

I ordered the item on 20th September and had to chase up on two occasions. The website says 6-9 days, I waited 14, to be told DPD had an overloaded pallet which is why my parcel was delayed, I tried calling the number but never got an answer.

The item was then re sent, I received tracking details for a DPD parcel but was never able to see where my parcel was, it just said “your parcel will be left in a safe place”.

I then received a note through my door from UPS on 16th October, I contacted Collectible Blades who admitted that they’d sent me the wrong tracking info. The parcel was then returned to the sender as I’d missed delivery twice (purely down to not having tracking details to monitor it).

I then received the below email:

“Hello Rachel
Thank you very much for your email.
While you were away, your parcel was unfortunately returned to us. It has now arrived back at our warehouse today and will be re-dispatched to you tomorrow. Once it has been sent out, I’ll share the new tracking details with you.
I have just one humble request — please kindly keep an eye on the tracking this time and make sure it is received when delivered.
If anything I’ve said comes across the wrong way, please accept my sincere apologies — that’s not my intention at all.
Thank you again for your patience.”

Absolutely shocking customer service, putting the blame on the customer with their “humble requests”, when it’s totally their fault. I wasn’t home to take delivery, simply because they gave me the incorrect tracking details.

I was then promised that they would give me accurate tracking information ahead of my product being delivered, I was given 45 minutes which meant I couldn’t be home - I work in an office and can’t be at home at the drop of a hat which they couldn’t seem to understand. Again, I wasn’t home to take this delivery because I had work commitments and 45 minutes notice isn’t sufficient time for me to get home.

I chased two weeks later on 8th November to receive this message:

“Hi Rachael,
Hope you’re doing well.
First of all, please listen — delivery was attempted twice, but you weren’t home.
Now, I’ve requested UPS for the third time to move the parcel to your work address.
So please be a little patient.
Thank you.”

I don’t know how they dare put the blame on to me and tell me to listen and have patience, when firstly they sent me the wrong tracking information and then gave me insufficient notice.

They have also chosen a delivery company who only operate Mon-Fri for an item that needs signing for, this seems a bit ridiculous given most people are at work Mon-Fri and not everyone has the flexibility to work from home at short notice.

I’m appalled and disgusted at the service I’ve received, I felt like I had been scammed from the minute I pressed order with their communication and their countless errors.

I wouldn’t give this company a penny of my money and disregard their positive reviews as it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping - I truly hope people read this review and choose to make a purchase from another supplier because these guys don’t deserve a penny.

The only reason I received my order on 9th November was because DPD found the original order eventually (a pure fluke), who knows when and if I would have received it.

Aside from the poor service, my partner is happy with his item, although that doesn’t compensate.

I’m glad I no longer have to deal with these people.
