Really good sword replicas not flimsy, have a good weight to them. You could pay a lot more for similar quality on other sites. A bit more contact from seller and courier would be nice i heard nothing for 9 days between day of purchase to day of delivery, makes you worry a bit so I will be wiser for my next purchases which will happen because they are such good products.

I bought a sword—it's great—but there were two downsides: I only got the tracking info after the package had already been delivered, and the wait time was 9 days. It was supposedly shipped the next day via DHL, so it should have arrived in 2 or 3 days max, not 9. I have no idea where they ship from, but if it was sent the next day, it probably came from China or India.

The sword was well packed and delivered in 7 days.

Horrendous delivery service, took almost 2 weeks and constant reminders to get item shipped. Item itself is great

When ordering through their website we experienced a glitch in their system (which we documented and sent to them later) which changed our post code. We did not catch the error and consequently the package was delivered to the wrong address. After about 6 weeks of going back and forth with "customer service" and having to continually follow up with them, they determined it wasn't their fault. They didn't offer partial credit, a refund, or a replacement until AFTER I left my first review. THEN they offered to send a replacement (which we had been asking them to do for a month!), but only after I changed my review. So I changed my review and followed up with them and they ghosted me again. Still no refund, replacement - not even a response. WORST customer service experience I've ever encountered.

Products are excellent, just what we'd hoped for, and would be 5 stars except for a small communication issue with the tracking system. While they say 2 - 3 days for release an 5 -9 days shipping, the website showed 'being prepped for shipment's for the first 5 days, then the items arrived 2 days later, which was all great except for causing some concern on my part. All on all everything was fine in the end.

Nice looking blade however if I’m paying for a decent blade I expect the brass to be brass not coloured plastic aside from that even the sheith looks tacky with the brass coloured plastic on it so come on guys if you want premier blades use proper metals not plastics and show your professionalism.
