Deceptive photo
Ordered a Dark Souls sword which looked really detailed and good quality. When the sword came it looked quite different so I checked the website again thinking I'd ordered wrongly.
Nope, the first photo of the sword is a really nice one to catch your eye, but if you click on the other photos it's a much plainer, cheaper looking sword. This is the one you actually get. It's a real bait and switch and I've reported it to trading standards, yet to get a response.

Excellent Customer Service.
Excellent Customer Service.
Honestly, I’m so impressed with my sword from Collectible Blades UK. The delivery was smooth, it came well packed, and when I opened the box I was blown away. The sword looks even better in real life than in the pictures – strong, beautifully made, and with a really nice weight to it. You can tell a lot of care went into the design. I’ve bought replicas before from other places, but this one feels a step above in quality. Really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more!

Their website states that items are dispatched with 24 -48 hours after purchase however that's not true at all, it's been 5 days since I placed an order and there's still no update on my order as it's labelled as "unfulfilled" currently, feel like I'm already starting to regret ordering from here.
