Great wee app. Making collecting money very easy. Just need to remember to start withdrawing a few days before needed to avoid any fees.

I was sent some money using this app but found it really time consuming to simply get it transferred to me, and as I’d not picked the service a bit annoying to have to upload ID, and take pictures (not sure how that even verified me since it didn’t ask for photo ID?).

The FAQs don’t explain anything about how to transfer money out.

I have just started using the Collctiv and it has been extremely easy to do. I have found navigating throughout it to be very easy. Would recommend to anyone

Easy to use, easy to collect money from a group without having to share your personal/bank details

Very un user-friendly interface. Not intuitive at all. All I wanted to do was send £5 to another person‘s account, not happy.

I expected complications but was pleasantly surprised. It proved very straightforward and made a collection for a retirement present from people over a very large company very easy. Will definitely use again

It was not clear that I was being charged a fee as the selection was already made on the page. I did not need to it to be today that was preselected by yourselves.
In the interest of being transparent you should have made this very clear as I would have selected 2-3 working days.
Perhaps remove the preselection and then people have to decide.
I will not be using this again and will not be recommending as you add in hidden charges.

So far it’s been great I have no complaints and it seems very simple and easy to use which has been fab

It was very complicated at the beginning for the ID check , but at they end all when well

They have made this whole collecting money thing very simple to be fair. Kudos to Collectiv. Easier than PP for sure.

Very easy and convenient app to use. Super useful when doing group collections, especially where you don't want to give out your personal bank details. Would recommend.

I inadvertedly ended up adding a £5 tip off a £40 payment! Read the small print! Very sneaky IMO

Trying to deactivate account after rude message saying i will be billed soon if pot is empty???
No option to deactivate page not working!

The only minor reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they ask for too many personal information when withdrawing the money. Not sure why they need things like passport/driving licences and utility bills to be uploaded for simple withdrawal. Other than that, they are excellent!

Collctiv is so easy to use!
It’s an amazing app and one that I will use over and over.
Their customer service is top notch too!!

Very easy to set up, use and then access the money. However, the big downside was the 'hidden' charges. People paying in had to be very careful not to agree to pay part of the total to Collectiv.

I used to organise a youth club bowling trip. The lack of clarity meant that although parents paid Collectiv the full cost of the ticket price, we as the youth club did not get the full amount to pay the bowling alley.

This needs changing please.

This is a wonderful resource for small groups collecting on an informal basis.
Each time we meet the virtual pot is passed around to save up for things like our annual Zoom subscription.
Collctiv makes it so very easy to both donate and withdraw funds. Our participants find it straightforward and safe to donate and our funds are held securely.
They also appreciate the option to remain anonymous.
By far the best platform of all the ones I researched for our purposes

Charges to withdraw to bank account which I was not expecting having used this service several times previously
