Easy to use and the chat for help and assistance was great and quick response with any questions

Easy to set up, easy to forward to everyone. Little unclear on the screen where you schedule the delivery - was not sure if changes would be able to be made after that point (I realize now that you can). Also, when revisiting the card to review who has signed, the preview would not show the entire message on many of the notes that were closer to the bottom of a page, if the note had pictures embedded - the picture would show, but the text would get cut off. It wasn't until the final card was sent out that I was able to view all the messages fully.

As we all work in the office on different days, this way of having a card signed and collecting funds for a gift was very easy. As the person who instigated the collection and card, I could control from my desk without having to walk around and find out where a card was, how much money we had - it was all covered. Would definitely use this again.

Ease of use. One piece of feedback, you should alert the admin before you send a reminder to the recipients rather than just send the reminder.

Excellent platform, customer service and offering. I could not recommend more highly, particularly for workplaces!

It would be nice to have an option where people could write their message with different fonts and colors. It was also hard to upload horizontal photographs as the edges kept getting chopped off.

Hello, I paid 550 for a card. Everyone signed it and it was never sent to my person. They never received it. I had to send it myself. Why did I pay money?

Your response is not accurate, it was not in the spam folder, it was sent somewhere but not to my person. This is a complicated process now, and you were much better when your cards were free.

When I went to purchase the gift voucher for my colleague, it wouldn’t let me, stated it needed to check something.

I submitted an inquiry and they told me it was resolved. It still didn’t work. Later that night someone replied and said it was unlocked now. It worked, but we weren’t able to give the gift on his last day of work.

GroupTogether was great for gathering team photos, messages and contributions for a gift for our kids' basketball coach. Thank you!
