I had an emergency with my gas boiler not working at all. The company came out on the very same day of my call. Stevie found immediately what was wrong, ordered the part and was back the next day to fix the boiler. He also fitted a filter to prevent the issue to repeat in the future. Excellent, quick concentrated work. I would highly recommend Colco to my friends. I also feel more confident now where to go should I have any other issues in the future.

Very friendly and the job was done very professionally. Pricing was better than other companies I got a quote from.

An excellent professional service once again, David is an excellent employee, keep this performance going and maintain these excellent services you currently provide

Friendly, helpful and hugely reliable. Went out of their way to communicate and fix our problem as fast as possible and did a great job too!!

Arrived quickly to fix blocked kitchen drain. Friendly plumbers and very reasonable bill for the work carried out. No hesitation in recommending this company.

I literally flagged Colin down in his van to ask for his help with our plumbing . He was kind enough to come straight in to sort things out for us. A very attentive and professional firm indeed.

Engineer very thorough and heating now working efficiently

I have been a customer of Colco Plumbing for several years and have always been very impressed with their efficiency, reliability and all work done. Previously work done was mainly general plumbing repairs and maintenance including a new boiler being fitted. Occasionally I have needed an emergency call out and each time they managed to get a plumber out quickly who has always been able to solve the problem.

Recently Colco completed a full refurbishment of the bathroom in my house. This was a multi trade installation involving plumber (Fin), joiner (Stephen), electrician (Gavin) and plasterer (Sorry don't know his name). I am delighted with the completed bathroom and the team did the best they could to be as tidy as possible during the work, sweeping up and putting tools away etc every evening, .

David in the office deserves particular credit for the speed and efficiency with which he answers emails/texts, returns phone calls and organises the work being done.

I would highly recommend Colco to anyone requiring plumbing services.

Trust worthy, friendly and do a good job.

From start to finish Colco Plumbers were excellent. Clean efficient thoughtful tradesmen. I am delighted with my new shower room and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Lee at Colco Plumbing was very efficient and professional. He arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and efficiently, he was polite and cheerful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Colco Plumbing and Heating because of the way Lee carried out our work. Having had plumbers in the past from various other companies, Lee was by far the best we have ever had.

Everybody at Colco have been absolutely excellent throughout the entire process of getting our Air Source Heat Pump installed.
After submitting my enquiry, David was in touch straight away to begin explaining the process to me. Colin also managed to squeeze in a site visit to my property (around Christmas/New Year when things were already very busy for them) to make sure our property was suitable for the heat pump and explained what would all be happening during the installation. This helped reassure me as it certainly wasn't going to be a small job!
David was on hand whenever I needed him, and that could have been in relation to anything from helping out with grant application queries, recommendations, or just general queries. I felt kept in the loop with what was happening at all times throughout the job. The guys (Jodie, Lee and another young chap who's name I am unsure of) done a fantastic and faultless job of installing the new system. I made an unplanned trip home one afternoon whilst the work was being done and they were more than happy to show me the work that had been done up until that point. The place was also very tidy and they always hoovered up after themselves so no cleaning needed to be done once we got home. The system has been working great since it was installed and the quality of the Vaillant products is excellent. David and John will also be visiting for a follow up to ensure that everything is working smoothly and will be showing me the system in greater depth as well as helping link up the system to my phone. I really cannot find a single thing that I think could have gone better and I very highly recommend the guys at Colco!
