The Jenkin Jones (No 5) Decaf coffee is excellent with a rich and chocolatey taste. Highly recommended. Coaltown also deliver quickly in robust packaging.

No longer overwhelmed by the choice of beans out there!
After buying a new bean to coffee machine I was overwhelmed by the choice of beans in the shops. Bought a supermarkets own brand and was sooo disappointed by how bitter it was. My son recommended Coaltown Coffee. Bought three different beans. No1, 2 and 3. Tried the No 3 first and it was quite possibly the best coffee I have ever had! Fantastic company. Nice descriptions of the coffees for people like me!

I don't have to remember yo order my coffee. You send it at the right time.
The coffee has an amazing taste. I have tried many different coffees from competitors, but they don't come close to Coaltown. It's the only coffee I drink.
Delivery is fast and always arrives on the date provided in your email to me. Excellent service. Thans very much

The Quality of coffee is the best out…
The Quality of coffee is the best out of all coffees I have tried from many different roasters.
The only problem is it is pricy comparing to others, can’t afford it all the time.

I have used Coaltown Coffee for years
I have used Coaltown Coffee for many years now. I like the coffee and have tasted coffee from places I didnt know made coffee! There is a good variety of flavours too. Coaltown Coffee is a very reliable company and I have always been kept informed and had any questions I had answered quickly. Overall a great experience.

Great coffee and service. I know it’s out of your control but the package had been pierced and this was deep, cutting the box and the bag.
