Great experience. Ordering was easy. Love my Cloud Nine Straightener. I have very thick damaged corse hair and the straightener just glides through my hair.

Customer service was great and prompt with their responses.
The straightener is AMAZING. I’ve never owned cloud nine, I was always GHD but then I went down the Dyson route and while that was also amazing it was quite heavy. The cloud nine products are so lightweight. I have the hair dryer also! Would highly recommend!

Everything I could have asked for and more!
Amazing product. Highly recommend from family and friends. Everything came really quickly and it was so well packaged, especially love how it came with such a beautiful box for storage. Was blown away with the two free gifts and was not ready for how bright the mirror light was. Overall, I'm so happy with my purchase as it has been something I have wanted for so long
