I am 79, however a woman that enjoys fashion and an on trend, short and coloured hair style.
This product works exceptionally well in straightening the longer side of my hair in one go and that is without overheating it! My hair is blue on this side and the tongs do not seem to fade this area.
I am in love with the presentation of the styler and the ease of setting it up.
In terms of delivery, it was very efficient and left exactly where I had elected.
It is a wow from me!

Really happy with my black original hair straightener. Hoping it last 15 years like my GHD has. Just wish that my 1st choice of the midnight blue colour was not $60 more expensive than the boring black- seems a bit excessive for the exact same product!

I like the lightweight design of the new cloud nine. I think temperature settings are a must for all types of hair (especially frizzy hair like me). My cloud nine arrived fast and the price was good.

I’m a middle aged woman with fine, thin and flat hair that’s starting to thin more, and I’ve got oily roots. I’ve never really been very good at doing my hair and often attempted straighteners to add curl but that seemed to leave my hair flatter on top. This is surprisingly so much easier to use, with less hair breakage, more volume at the root and sides, and body that holds. Happy with my purchase, thank you x

It just doesn't straighten my hair anywhere near as good as my old cloud 9s. I have thin hair, so a low temp has always worked for me. But with these, I have to turn the temp up to get any kind of result.

Not happy with the product unfortunately such a let down had high expectations and it failed to deliver. Will be returning it.

I ordered a hair straightener at the beginning of the week 2 weeks ago for my mum for Mother’s Day and it still hasn’t come. It says it was supposed to to be here by Monday 11 and it’s not. I’m sure the straightener will be amazing but it’s taking forever to get here

Couldn’t be more happy with the heat, quality and feel of this straightener, after being a lifelong user of GHD and noticing the quality drop I am so glad I have changed over to cloud 9!
