Customer for 8+ years (5k+ spent), admin on a c&c facebook group and will never purchase another piece from them.
There lifetime warranty is awful, got a chain clasp broke, pretty simple and cheap part, they require ever piece of information for me to claim regardless of there being a c&c stamp on there!
This was a gift and im not asking friends for the original invoice/invoice total etc its rude as hell!

So yea anyone want any pieces mine are going on marketplace. I currently have a £300 order in the post and the mrs has a £450 order on the way, both will be returned for a £5 clasp……remember your customers guys as your prices increase the service needs to aswell.

I've dealt with C+C customer service on a handful of occasions and every time has been a 10 out of 10 experience. Their jewelry is all top-notch handcrafted items. Everything about this company is 🔥.

Amazing products and customer service. Their products are exceptionally well designed with high quality craftsmanship. They provide beyond 5 stars customer service for their customers to resolve any issues. In addition, I love the creativity they have coming out with all different types of products!

Im aware that this website and store is part of a bigger corporation. Yet, their website, client support and even their mailing list (yes even that) is high quality in my honest opinion. Most importantly their products are as well as far as i have experienced. I have purchased multiple products and am either still enjoying them or have returned them without any issues on their side. Even with most of my Bs (asking them what sizes I returned and what sizes I kept) they responded within minutes (yes serious).

Awesome company. I have several pieces of their jewelry. Recently I had a problem with a clasp on a chain. I emailed and sent a few photos. They in turn sent me a paid postage receipt and I sent the chain back. Great lifetime warranty.

A well earned 5 star! Very quick response and the issue was resolved quicker than any place I have ordered before. I ordered the wrong ring size so I sent a email and they cancelled my original order and refunded me the money so I could place a new order with the correct ring size. A quick response when there is a issue is so important and I was really impressed at how quickly everything was

Had a pair of glasses that a small piece broke off of. The quickly responded and sent me out a new pair. I have ordered from them many many times as always appreciate their great quality products and also appreciate that they stand by them when things don’t always pan out.

I ordered the Killswitch Engage ring from the UK, the order came exactly as they say within 5-8 days. It arrived on day 8 (not even 8 business days, just day 8) all taxes were already brokered by them so I had no extra charges and nothing to worry about. This was my first ever purchase and I can tell you the silver ring is solid, heavy and stunning quality. I am a lifelong jewellery consumer, I worked at a jewellery store too, and I would be fussy if it wasn’t the most amazing thing in the world. This is a beautiful piece worthy of its price. FYI they use DHL e-commerce which seems to not provide updates after a certain point, I did however contact DHL when I worried and I had an advisor contact me back very friendly, but I let her know all is ok! Clocks + Colours themselves also communicated with me several times being super nice, even on a Sunday, and even in early hours here in the UK, I don’t know how they do it but it’s hands down what my generation loves. Not to mention the package came with fun freebies and everything we all like to receive!!! All Hails!! Xx

I had only heard good things about C&C when I finally ordered expectations were already high. They blew those expectations out of the water. Shipping was fast and hassle free. The product which was the KnotXJJ Juliusson is beautiful and the knotwork is seamless and beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from C&C again.

Have bought quite a few items and never had a problem until the last one, where the box arrived empty (in hindsight I suspect the chain I ordered had been stolen in transit as it didn’t arrive in normal clocks and colours packaging etc).

Customer service couldn’t have been more helpful and everything was sorted and a replacement scheduled within a couple of hours, even though I emailed on a weekend. Couldn’t speak highly enough of their customer service and will continue to be a customer in the future!

Stupid me made an error on my 3rd purchase w/ Clocks&Colours. I opened a support ticket and was contacted by a real person in short time. This alone is awesome, considering all the large companies that use stupid AI that isn‘t helpful. I described my problem. The support agent asked me one question in return and afterwards solved my problem really generous, which saved me money and time. Not to mention that the rings are beautiful as aspected. Been a customer for a while now. Love their jewelry and t-shirts. Their items are top notch quality and every problem I have customer service always responds quickly and solves any problem I have with my delivery quickly too.

Made a purchase of a ring that ended up not fitting properly because of MY error. They were very friendly & understanding (even though it was my fault) and returned my payment immediately after receiving the item back. NO hassle, NO problems. NO aditude !!! What could be better.
