Top notch experience with an amazing…
Amazing experience with an amazing team. Definitely would recommend ClickTrip to anyone who is looking for conscience , amazing support , hands on to tackle any issue and quick action plus email responding. I had an issue with one of the hotels which changes rates based on nationality here in Dubai, but luckily ClickTrip quickly handled the situation and had a swift response to overcome the situation and avoid any hassle.

Booking paid for but nonexistent - SCAM
I booked a hotel with them and asked for confirmation of number of beds.
Reservation ID 1227367613
I then contacted the hotel and the reservation simply does not exist (a week after the booking!).
The booking no longer appears on my booking list on their website.
And I haven't received my money back.
This is a scam!

Experiencia agridulce
La experiencia no ha sido la esperada. Estabamos en media pensión y solicitamos el lunch box para un día ya que no íbamos a cenar allí. Al principio, en un modo un poco desagradable, nos digeron que teniamos que avisar antes de las 20:30 y que ya era tarde. Debido a eso modificamos nuestros planes para el día siguiente. El dís siguiente volvimos a solicitarlo y nos digeron que sin problema que para las 21:30 lo tendríamos en la habitación, pero nunca llego. Al próximo día preguntamos que había pasado y nos digeron que no daban lunch box solo algo de desayuno. Al final nos quedamos sin nada. Por el malentendido nos digeron que nos compensarían de alguna manera pero no fue así.
Teniendo en cuenta el malentendido pedimos si sería posible hacer el check out a las 13:00 en vez de a las 11:00 y nos dijeron que no.
En difinitiva el trato recibido por el personal de recepción no fue el adecuado y nos hicieron sentir incomodos.
Por lo demás el desayuno está bien, siempre hay lo mismo. Y las cenas son temáticas hay variedad de opciones. La fruta siempre es la misma. Estaría bien que estuviera bien indicado cada comida que es, ya que en lo yogures por ejemplo no especifican cual es cada uno.
Por otro lado el gimnasio muy pequeño, casi sin máquinas y hace mucho calor.
El aparcamiento es de pago pero cerca se puede aparcar con facilidad.
El servicio de limpieza bueno.
Las habitaciones justas de tamaño.
