Jeg kan kun sige at man får så god en hjælp ved at ringe ind og snakke med de søde telefon passere jeg kunne ikke få den til at udbetale mine penge ringede ind og 2 minutter så havde den søde dame hjulpet mig og pengene er nu til udbetaling 🤗🤗🤗

Je remercie infiniment l’équipe de Clicktrip. Une personne mal intentionnée avait fait une réservation non remboursable avec ma carte et ils ont fait le nécessaire pour me rembourser.
Ils ont étaient vraiment très efficace auprès de l’hôtel pour faire annuler cette réservation.

First time using Clicktrip, Bath was great.I couldn’t fault them . I’ve already booked two trips for next year. Es gab Probleme vor Ort im Hotel, da das falsche Zimmer gebucht wurde & wir somit teuer Upgraden mussten. Clicktrip hat sich im Nachgang der Sache angenommen und sich mit der Gegenpartei auseinander gesetzt. Die Bearbeitung erfolgte schnell und wir wurden immer geupdatet. Wir haben anschließend unser Geld zurück erhalten. Selten so einen guten Kundenservice erlebt, 10/10.
