They were incredibly efficient and insisting (daily!) in getting all our personal data for weeks. Once received, radio silence for months. Only when I insisted to get feedback, only one line excuse. And after months, and many emails, simple answer. Sorry no success. Very suspicious the eagerness to collect your personal data, but not to keep costumers informed

They handled my compensation with Lufthansa. I asked Lufthansa myself and spent a lot of time on the phone. Lufthansa declined me with several excuses.
