My British Airways flight from WAW to LHR had a big delay because of so-called ''technical problems''. British Airways has told me that I couldn't get compensated.

Other than that, I was fairly pleased with their response time and their commission rate upon completion. If I EVER have any problems of the same kind, I will surely use their services once again.

Click2Refund had a straightforward and user-friendly interface for submitting flight details, and the communication with a dedicated operative (Michael in my case) was excellent throughout. They secured the full refund for me and the money was in my account promptly, minus their fee. It is necessary to be aware they take 30% and the claim takes 3-4 months, however this is clearly stated at the outset. In my case I felt as though the claim directly to the airline was a lost cause so anything would be a bonus. Received 400 Euro back. Happy with the service overall, would use again if required and recommend to anyone else who is unsure / unable to make a claim or gets blocked by the airline as I was.

Quick easy process. I didn’t have the time or energy to try to contact the airlines and find out how to get my refund from a European company. In a few simple steps I launched my claim with click 2 refund. It took some time for the funds to come through. But in the end I got the money with ease (they take their cut 29% plus hst).
