I was almost 4 hours delayed on my flight back and knowing the experiences of the people that had similar situations involving that flight company which refused all their refund I searched the web for solution.
Click2Refund was one site that got my attention. I gave them a chance and they delivered I couldn't ask for more. They were very helpful, cooperative and patient.

Thank you to Jamie who handled my 5 hour delayed flight very efficiently. I was very stressed as I was flying for a family incident. Took a couple of months to come through ... however Jamie did keep in touch and chased the refund so alls well that ends well.

My customer agent was responsive and ended up getting me money back. It took a while to get, I suppose due to working with the airline. It is legit and works.

Last summer our Air France flight from Sicily to Ottawa, through Paris, was delayed and rerouted through Toronto for mechanical reason. Click2Refund made us aware that we were eligible for up to $600 Euros each for my spouse and myself for our delay, and explained that if we won their fee would be 29% of the awarded amount and that it could take 2 to 3 months for the case to complete. Sure enough, almost 3 months after we opened the case and provided all the required documentation, we were eTransferred the full $600 Euros each, less the 29% commission, exactly as Click2Refund had explained. We would highly recommend Click2Refund.

My father had to go to his sister's funeral. I booked especially a straight flight from Jhb to Netherlands. But they moved his flight from the Friday to the Saturday with a flight that stop in Paris first. He missed his flight in Paris as well.
Click to refund was very helpful and their service is good.
Only thing thats can be a bit misleading is that on advertisements they say how much you can get back but don't mention they take about 29% of the amount. I think they should be more open on how much they take for their effort and work done.

Excellent service and easy to understand and great result

We got delay in Madrid for 5 hours the airline only gave us a food credit if 10 euros and send us on our way. Click2refund took less than 10 minutes to apply and got us a substantial refund.
